Aluminum-silicon series deforming alloy and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention discloses aluminum silicon deformable aluminum alloy and the preparation method thereof. According to the weight percentages, the alloy contains 9.0-12.6 percent of silicon, 1.5-4.0 percent of copper, 0.3-0.6 percent of magnesium, 0.1-3.5 percent of bismuth, less than 0.30 percent of iron, less than 0.20 percent of zinc, less than or equal to 0.15 percent of impurity, and aluminum as the residual. The raw material is molten and fined in a reflecting smelting furnace, after Al-Sr intermediate alloy modification to the alloy liquid, cast rods are obtained through semi continuous casting, and after hot extrusion and deformation to the cast rods, the aluminum silicon deformable aluminum alloy is produced through forging and T6 heat treatment. After adding the element bismuth into the alloy, the present invention greatly enhances the wear-resisting performance of the alloy, leads the alloy to have self lubricating property, prolongs the service life of the product produced with the alloy, reduces the use cost, and leads the alloy to have the tensile strength of above 390 MPa, the elongation rate after breaking of 6 percent, and the hardness degree of 136-141 HB. The present invention is mainly used for producing vehicle components of wheels, pistons, bearings, and two-side swash plates of vehicles and motorcycles which have high demands on the intensity, the toughness and the abrasion resistance.

Synthesis of macrocyclic tetraamido-N ligands

New synthetic methods for the preparation of macrocyclic amido-N donor ligands are provided. The primary method of the present invention involves in general only two synthetic steps. In the first step, an alpha or beta amino carboxylic acid is allowed to react with an optimal (approximately stoichiometric) amount of an activated malonate or oxalate derivative with mild heating. Upon completion of the double coupling reaction, hydrolysis of the reaction mixture yields a diamide containing intermediate (a macro linker). In the second step, stoichiometric amounts of a diamine, preferably an orthophenylene diamine, are added to the macro linker intermediate in the presence of a coupling agent and heat. This second double coupling reaction, is allowed to proceed for a period of time sufficient to produce a macrocyclic tetraamido compound. The substituent groups on the alpha or beta amino carboxylic acid, the malonate, and the aryl diamine may all be selectively varied so that the resulting tetraamido macrocycle can be tailored to specific desired end uses. The macrocyclic tetraamide ligand may then be complexed with a metal, such as a transition metal, and preferably the middle and later transition metals, to form a robust chelate complex suitable for catalyzing oxidation reactions.

Preparation method of additive agent capable of causing flue-cured tobacco to have fragrance of oolong tea, flavoring as well as application in flue-cured tobacco

The invention discloses a method for preparing an additive capable of adding an oolong tea scent to cured tobaccos, a spice and the use of the spice in the cured tobaccos. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing100 grams of oolong tea leaves according to a ratio of 0.5-1.5:1.5-4:0.2-8, grinding the oolong tea leaves into powder, and placing the powder an extracting device; setting a temperature of between 20 and 60 DEG C and a pressure of between 10 and 20MPa, adding 400 to 1,000 milliliters of a mixed solvent of ethanol, acetone and water into the extracting device and carrying out 2 to 5 times of static extraction for 3 to 10 minutes each time; and collecting an extract, evaporating the extract to between 100 and 200 milliliters, adding 30 to 80 milliliters of acetone into the extract, standing the mixture at 0 DEGC for 10 to 60 minutes, centrifuging the mixture to remove sediments, taking upper clean liquid, evaporating the upper clean liquid to paste, dissolving the obtained paste with 80 to 150 milliliters of a mixture of propanediol, alcohol and distilled water, adding 0.01 to 0.2 gram of ascorbic acid, 0.01 to 0.1 gram of menthol, 1 to 10 grams of honey into the solution, uniformly mixing the solution and obtaining the additive for oolong tobaccos. The tobaccos made with the additive has the advantages of low tar content, unique and long lasting scent, comfort tea scent and uniform taste.

Method for recovering rare-earth waste material

The invention relates to a method for recovering a rare-earth waste material. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding a decomposition auxiliary agent and fluxing agent powder into the rare-earth waste material, and evenly mixing to obtain mixed material, wherein the dosage of the decomposition auxiliary agent is 20-200wt% of the total weight of the rare-earth waste material, and the dosage of the fluxing agent powder is 1-20 wt% of the total weight of the rare-earth waste material; (2) roasting the mixed material obtained in the step (1) for 1-6 hours at the temperature of 600-1400 DEG C; (3) adding an acid solution into the roasted product obtained in the step (2) for acid dissolution, filtering and separating to obtain acid leaching liquor which mainly contains rare-earth elements and acid leaching residue; and (4) separating the rare-earth elements from other metal elements in the acid leaching liquor. The method provided by the invention realizes the cyclic utilization of the rare-earth waste material, is simple to operate, high in recovery rate of valuable elements in the waste material and low in reagent cost, saves energy, reduces emission and is low in environment harmfulness, and has important significance in the aspects of ecological protection and economic development promotion.
