The method comprises: (1) adjusting the pH value of the wastewater, and solid-liquid separating to remove suspended matters and dissolved Si2+, Al3+ and their compounds; (2) adding Ca2+ to form CaSO4 precipitate, and solid-liquid separating to reduce acidic matters in the wastewater; (3) adding CO32- to form CaCO3 precipitate, and solid-liquid separating to remove Ca2+ in the wastewater; (4) steam-stripping for deamination, and performing biochemical treatment so that wastewater reaches state discharge standards. The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for preparing hollow polyaniline microspheres, comprising the following steps: mixing aniline and an oxidant at the molar ratio of 1:(1.5-15) in a solvent for reaction, wherein the aniline can be potassium ferricyanide, sodium ferricyanide, iron phosphate or copper sulfate; and drying the products of reaction to obtain the hollow polyaniline microspheres. A process for removal of sour species from a dehydrated natural gas feed stream is provided. The dehydrated natural gas feed stream is cooled to conditions where a slurry of solid sour species and hydrocarbon liquids is formed together with a gaseous stream containing gaseous sour species. The gaseous stream containing gaseous sour species is then separated from the slurry and treated with a liquid solvent, thereby forming a liquid solution of the sour species and a dehydrated sweetened natural gas product stream. An apparatus for removing sour species from a dehydrated natural gas feed stream is also provided. The solids formation zone is configured to facilitate formation of a slurry of solid sour species and hydrocarbon liquids and a gaseous stream containing gaseous sour species. The apparatus has an inlet for introducing the dehydrated natural gas feed stream to the solids formation zone, a conduit configured to direct the gaseous stream from the solids formation zone to the gas solvation zone, and an inlet for introducing liquid solvent into the gas solvation zone.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly mixing the clay with certain amount of acids or alkalis to react at the temperature of 40-600 DEG C for 10 minutes to 48 hours to carry out dealuminizing to form a mixture of the clay and the aluminium salt, then adding 0-10% of pore-forming agents on dry basis to the mixture, mixing the mixture uniformly and carrying out a reaction on the mixture and alkaline substances or acidic substances, controlling the pH value to be 6-12, then raising the temperature to 50-200 DEG C for aging for 0.2-24 hours and drying the filter cake at the temperature of 60-500 DEG C after filtering and washing, thus obtaining the new material.
