The application relates to a lead breaking device and method for active guided
wave field scanning, which comprises the following steps: an automatic pencil conveying a
graphite lead core is fixed in a device shell, a device
front cover is detachably connected with the device shell, a breaking
assembly is installed in the device shell, the
graphite lead core passes through a through hole on the device
front cover and a breaking
assembly and is connected with a measured structure, an upper
electrode sheet is welded and fixed outside the device
front cover, a battery
assembly is fixed at the rear end of the device shell, the lower side of the battery assembly is connected with the
metal device shell of the automatic pencil through a
metal connecting sheet, the upper side of the battery assembly is connected with a lower
electrode sheet, the upper
electrode sheet, the device front cover, the
graphite lead core, the automatic pencil, the
metal connecting sheet, the battery assembly, the lower electrode sheet and an
oscilloscope constitute an electric trigger loop for capturing the lead breaking moment. Compared with the prior art, the application realizes accurate
synchronous control of
signal acquisition and trigger moment through mechanical linkage and synchronous electric trigger cooperation and in combination with an
oscilloscope.
