A method of fabricating a package for a micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) device. A flex circuit interconnect subassembly for the package is made by placing a flex circuit on a pad insert, attaching a carrier insert to the pad insert to deflect the lead portions of the flex circuit, and applying a cover insert to the pad insert, after the attachment of the carrier insert, to re-deflect the lead portions of the flex circuit toward the device bond sites. The flex circuit interconnect subassembly may be combined with an electronic device die/carrier subassembly to form a completed electronic device package. The flex circuit interconnect subassembly and the die/carrier subassembly are joined using mechanical interlocking layers. The invention is particularly suited for making such an electronic device die/carrier subassembly which has a MEMS die permanently affixed to a carrier. The carrier is advantageously utilized during the process of releasing a protective coating from the surface of the MEMS die which support the various MEMS components. The MEMS components on the MEMS die are hermetically sealed, such as by bonding a cover to the upper package body or the lower package body. The cover may have features such as ports which allow the MEMS components to interact with the external environment.

Method for producing film metal fine device on PDMS surface

The invention provides a method for preparing a film metal micro device on the surface of PDMS by chemical plating. The method comprises: a layer of polyacrylic acid (PAA) is selectively grafted to be formed on a designated area of the surface of PDMS through the photochemical reaction by adopting photolithographic masks; after a series of surface chemical reactions such as amination, absorption, reduction and the like, a nano-scale gold particle catalytic center required by chemical plating is formed in an area irradiated by UV light; finally, by selectively carrying out chemical plating on metal by means of nano-gold catalysis, the metal film device is formed on the surface of the PDMS irradiated by the UV light. By the method, the integrated metal film is prepared on the surface of the PDMS sheet and on the inner surface of the channel / cavity of the PDMS in order to prepare such micro devices as a micro-heater, a microelectrode, a microsensor, a micro shielding device and the like, which take the PDMS as a substrate, and to integrate circuits. The method is characterized in that the process is simple and easy to practice and clean laboratories and high-cost metal evaporation and deposition processes are unnecessary. The prepared metal device has the advantages of high accuracy and low cost.

The invention provides a low-melting metal freezing printing system and method. The system comprises a three-dimensional mobile platform, a cryoprobe, a printing base, a liquid metal tank and a plurality of small material leaking holes formed in the edge of the liquid metal tank. The three-dimensional mobile platform is used for fixing the cryoprobe to enable the cryoprobe to move in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction. The liquid metal tank is used for containing a liquid metal material for metal printing. The printing base is arranged at the center of the liquid metal tank and used for bearing metal devices or patterns formed by printing in a 2D printing mode. The cryoprobe is used for utilizing high-pressure nitrogen to freeze the liquid metal material positioned on the printing base in the liquid metal tank to enable the liquid metal material to be formed. The small material leaking holes are used for recycling the redundant liquid metal material in the liquid metal tank. According to the metal freezing printing system, the switching of the 2D printing mode and a 3D printing mode can be achieved, and a manufacturing process is simple. The low-melting metal freezing printing system can work continuously, the production cycle is shortened, and the process cost is reduced.

The invention belongs to corrosion prevention technology of metal materials, in particular to an inhibitor-supported carrier and a preparation method and application thereof. The inhibitor-supported carrier comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 20 percent of acetic acid, 70 to 85 percent of water, 1 to 5 percent of carrier and the balance of supported inhibitor. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dissolving 1 to 5 percent of chitosan solid in acid aqueous solution in percentage by weight, and uniformly stirring the solution with brute force so as to obtain a chitosan hydrosol carrier, wherein the acid aqueous solution is aqueous solution of acetic acid which comprises 5 to 20 percent of acetic acid and 70 to 85 percent of water. The inhibitor-supported chitosan hydrosol carrier supports the inhibitor and is directly coated on a corrosion-resistant metal device, or is used as an additive and added into an organic corrosion-resistant material inhibitor serving as a substrate, and then the organic corrosion-resistant material inhibitor is coated on the corrosion-resistant metal device. The inhibitor-supported carrier can be widely applied to corrosion prevention of metal materials. Because the chitosan is a natural material and has wide source, no toxins or pollution, the chitosan can prevent the metallic corrosion caused by microbes to a certain degree.
