The invention provides a method for extracting linear ground objects. A remote-sensing image is preprocessed and a preprocessed image is obtained; a vegetation region is extracted from the preprocessed image and removed, and a target region is obtained; features of the image of the target region are extracted according to the types of the linear ground objects and vectorized, and a linear ground object vectorization file is obtained. According to the method, first, the remote-sensing image is preprocessed and the vegetation region is extracted to remove other ground objects around the linear ground objects, and thus the target region can be highlighted in the image. Then, features of the target region are extracted through dual threshold filtering according to the different types of linear ground objects. The method for extracting the linear ground objects can solve the problem that when single threshold filtering extraction is performed, an appropriate threshold needs to be selected, has good ability to detect the edges of the linear ground objects, avoids the spiced salt phenomenon furthest, facilitates vectorization and compensates for the defect that in the prior art, the linear ground objects can only be detected and extracted qualitatively to elevate the quality level of land.

The text enhancement unit uses an enhancement process to regain uniformity and intensity that may be lost during image processing. The text enhancer unit may be placed between an image processing unit such as a scaler, de-interlacer, or DSP, and a computer or television display to improve the quality of text characters that may have become degraded by image processing performed by the image processing unit. In one embodiment, the text enhancer unit improves contrast by multiplying pixel intensity by an intensity multiplier. In a second embodiment, the text enhancer unit improves contrast using a threshold operation which outputs either a very high or very low intensity pixel. In an third embodiment, the text enhancer unit improves contrast using a threshold operation which outputs either a very low intensity pixel or a pixel multiplied by an intensity multiplier. In a fourth embodiment, the text enhancer unit improves contrast using a threshold operation which outputs either an unchanged pixel or a pixel multiplied by an intensity multiplier. In a fifth embodiment, the text enhancer unit improves contrast using a dual threshold operation which outputs either a very low intensity pixel, a very high intensity pixel, or an unchanged pixel.

The invention discloses a method for detecting the water area margin of an SAR image based on an improved shear wave transformation. For overcoming the difficulty of the existing traditional margin detection method for giving attention to noise suppression and precise location of margin, the invention discloses an improved shearlet transformation and applies the improved transformation in the detection of water area margin in SAR image. The method is realized by the following steps: (1) implementing stationary wavelet decomposition to the input SAR image; (2) shearing and filtering the coefficient of stationary wavelet decomposition in each direction to obtain an improved shearlet transformation decomposition coefficient; (3) calculating a gradient image and inhibiting the non-maximum value thereof and selecting the dual threshold to obtain the margin of the whole image; and (4) extracting the margin of the water area by using a FCM method, connecting the fractured margin therein to form the final water area margin and then outputting the final water area margin. The method has the advantages of good direction selectivity, integrated and precise margin extraction, and can be used for the detection of water area margin in the SAR image.

The extraction method has the advantages of high blood vessel extraction rate, high centerline extraction precision, and is applicable to the centerline extraction of various lumen tissues.

The invention relates to a low signal to noise ratio voice endpoint detection method based on a time-frequency instantaneous energy spectrum. A traditional method used for reducing noise is not ideal in noise-reducing effect. The detection method comprises that noise-contained voice is resolved firstly and reconstructs a low frequency component which is resolved, by regarding the time-frequency instantaneous energy spectrum as a basis of the endpoint detection. After being reconstructed, the signal is dealt by an empirical mode decomposition and the screening and rejecting of an intrinsic mode function are carried out in order to gain an effective international monetary fund (IMF) component by applying a correlation coefficient threshold value principle. The IMF component gained through reconstruction undergoes a Hilbert transformation and a corresponding instantaneous energy spectrum is calculated to form a feature vector of voice endpoint detection. The result is dealt with the subframe. A former five frames instantaneous energy spectrum mean value is regarded as the instantaneous energy spectrum of the noise and a start-stop dual threshold method is adopted to detect the endpoint of the noise. The detection method has the advantages of improving the noise-contained time-frequency resolving power and improving the efficiency of the voice endpoint detection.
