The Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides strain CCFM1282 screened by the application can convert puerarin into various active small molecular substances containing daidzein; the cell proliferation ability and the antioxidant capacity of HepG2 alcoholic cell damage can be improved after fermentation; the ability of liver cells to cope with alcohol damage can be improved by the compound pretreatment of puerarin and the strain; and the Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides strain CCFM1282 can significantly improve the efficacy of puerarin for dispelling alcohol. The Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides strain CCFM1282 is used for converting puerarin and significantly improving the efficacy of dispelling alcohol, and has great application prospect.

A saccharomyces cerevisiae engineering bacterium for producing psoralin and a construction method and application thereof

The application belongs to the field of biosynthesis and particularly relates to a Saccharomyces cerevisiae engineering bacterium for producing bakuchiol, a construction method and application thereof. The Saccharomyces cerevisiae engineering bacterium comprises a DMAPP production pathway, a naringenin synthesis pathway, a daidzein synthesis pathway and a bakuchiol synthesis pathway. The DMAPP production pathway is expressed by mvaE, mvaS, ERG12, ERG8, ERG19 and IDI1 in the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain WAT11. The naringenin synthesis pathway is expressed by PAL, 4CL, CHS and CHI in the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain with increased dimethylallyl pyrophosphate. The daidzein synthesis pathway is expressed by CHR, IFS and HID in the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain with naringenin synthesis. The bakuchiol synthesis pathway is expressed by PT and OC in the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain with daidzein synthesis.

Composition of a nanostructured lipid carrier system for the effective treatment of arthritis, the composition comprising: (a) Daidzein as a pharmaceutically active ingredient; (b) a solid lipid selected from glyceryl monostearate, stearic acid, cetyl palmitate or combinations thereof; (c) a liquid lipid selected from oleic acid, caprylic / capric triglyceride, medium-chain triglycerides or mixtures thereof; (d) one or more surfactants selected from Tween 80, Poloxamer 188, Span 20 or combinations thereof; (e) one or more co-surfactants selected from propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, ethanol or combinations thereof; (f) an aqueous phase suitable for the formation of a stable nanodispersion; wherein the nanostructured lipid carrier has a particle size between 50 and 300 nm, a polydispersity index ≤ 0.5 and an inclusion efficiency of at least 70% and wherein the composition is formulated to provide improved skin permeation and delayed release of daidzein for an anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic effect.

A bio-based mannich base, its preparation method and application

The application provides a bio-based Mannich base, a preparation method thereof, an application thereof, and a TDI curing agent prepared by using the bio-based Mannich base as a catalyst. The bio-based Mannich base is obtained by a Mannich reaction of natural phenol, dimethylamine and formaldehyde, wherein the natural phenol is one or more selected from the group consisting of sesamol, catechin, theaflavin, daidzein and procyanidin. The Mannich base catalyst prepared by using the natural phenol in the application improves steric hindrance, and the reaction selectivity of small molecule monomers can be improved through the steric hindrance effect. The content of free TDI monomers in the TDI curing agent can be reduced by adding the catalyst at one time, so that the free monomers in the prepared TDI curing agent are less than 0.5% advantageously.

A laccase mutant and its application in the oxidative conversion of daidzein to prepare polyflavonoids

This invention discloses a laccase mutant and its application in the oxidative conversion of daidzein to prepare polyflavonoids. This invention uses *Coprinus comatus* (Grey-capped Coprinus) as a starting material. Coprinopsis cinerea Using laccase Lcc5 as the starting enzyme, molecular docking was used to analyze its positional structure and design mutations. The mutant gene was synthesized, and a recombinant expression engineered bacterium containing the mutant gene was constructed. After induction of expression in the engineered bacterium containing the mutant gene, the Lcc5 mutant Lcc5-T485E was obtained through isolation and purification. This mutant showed improved specific enzyme activity and ethanol tolerance, increasing the conversion rate of daidzein by approximately 1.26 times under the same enzyme activity. The antioxidant activity, enzyme-inhibiting activity, and antibacterial activity of the obtained transformation product were also significantly enhanced. This mutant enzyme has potential application value in the oxidative conversion of daidzein to improve its biological value.

A topical sunscreen composition consisting of daidzein-loaded liposomes embedded in a cosmetically acceptable sunscreen base, wherein the liposomes have a mean vesicle size of approximately 198 nm and a polydispersity index of approximately 0.17 and are configured to increase the in vitro sun protection factor (SPF) and skin deposition of daidzein compared to a non-liposomal formulation.
