The invention provides a method for preparing special titanium dioxide pigment for plastic sectional materials by a chlorination method, which comprises the following steps that: the chlorination method is adopted for preparing titanium dioxide primary products into slurry, and the pH value of the slurry is regulated to 4.0 to 5.0; phosphate dispersing agents are added; grinding treatment is carried out, then, grinding media is removed, and the temperature is raised; water-soluble silicate solution is added, the pH value of the slurry is maintained between 3.5 and 4.5, amorphous silicon oxide is formed, curing is carried out, and a first covering layer is formed; the pH value of the slurry is regulated to 6.0 to 7.0, curing is carried out, and a second covering layer is formed; aluminum salt solution is added, the pH value is controlled between 7.0 and 9.0, curing is carried out, a third covering layer is formed, the pH value of the slurry is regulated to 6.0 to 7.0, and curing is carried out; the slurry is washed by de-ionized water until the conductivity of filter cake is higher than 15000 ohm*cm, and then, drying and air powder treatment are carried out; modified polysiloxane is added in the air powder process, and a fourth organic covering layer is formed; and materials are recovered through a bag filter. The titanium dioxide pigment prepared by the method provided by the invention has the advantages of high weatherability, high shielding capability, high non-transparency and excellent processing performance in the field of plastic sectional materials.

The invention discloses a hydrophobic silica gel composite resin-based VOC adsorbent. A synthetic method for the adsorbent comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment of silica gel; (2) silanization of the surface of the silica gel; (3) preparation of a polymer precursor of a resin and the silica gel: a step of dissolving a divinylbenzen monomer and the initiator azobisisobutyronitrile in tetrahydrofuran in an ice water bath, carrying out mixing under stirring so as to obtain a resin polymer fluid, and adding a certain amount of the resin polymer fluid in the silane-modified silica gel drop by drop to form moist silica gel; and (4) preparation of the hydrophobic silica gel composite resin-based VOC adsorbent: a step of conveying the moist silica gel prepared in step (3) to a crystallization kettle, carrying out crystallization at a temperature of 100 to 150 DEG C for 10 to 50 h so as to obtain a sample and drying the sample at a temperature of 50 to 110 DEG C for 5 to 10 h so as to obtain the adsorbent. With the synthetic method in the invention, the surface of the silica gel presents hydrophobicity, the size of a silica gel channel can be reduced, a specific surface area of the silica gel is increased, and preferential adsorption capability of the silica gel in absorption of VOC gas is greatly improved, so the hydrophobic silica gel composite resin-based VOC adsorbent has wide application prospects.

The invention provides electrochemical-membrane separation water-treatment plant and a treatment method thereof. The plant comprises a reaction tank, inside which a membrane module is arranged. The membrane in the membrane module is a conductive membrane. A positive plate is arranged parallel to the membrane module at one side of the membrane module. The membrane module, which is used as a negative plate, and the positive plate are connected with an external power source. The main body of the reaction tank is equipped with a water inlet and a water outlet. An outlet of the membrane module is connected with the water outlet on the main body of the reaction tank. By combining electrochemistry and membrane separation process, polluted water is pretreated by electrooxidation or electric flocculation to form a pollutant filter cake layer, and the membrane module having the conductive membrane is used as the cathode to degrade the pollutant. Thus, membrane pollution is alleviated and the membrane cleaning effect is also achieved, the service cycle of the membrane is prolonged, and service life of the membrane is prolonged. Meanwhile, separation efficiency of pollutants in water is enhanced, and the water quality of effluent is improved.

The invention relates a preparation method of an inorganic-organic hybrid antibacterial agent with antibacterial and hydrophobic functions and application of the antibacterial agent in a polymer material matrix. The antibacterial agent overcomes the problem in the prior art that the antibacterial performance of a natural antibacterial agent cannot completely meet the demands of users when being used alone. Specifically, the antibacterial agent adopts an amino-containing coupling agent as a bridge, and antibacterial inorganic nanoparticles such as titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are coated withantibacterial aldehydes such as organic citral and cinnamaldehyde to form the inorganic-organic hybrid antibacterial agent. The inorganic-organic hybrid antibacterial agent can be widely applied to polymer materials such as PP and ABS and achieve an antibacterial and hydrophobic effect; the antibacterial rate of the antibacterial agent for gram-negative bacteria such as escherichia coli can reach99.9%, the antibacterial rate of the antibacterial agent for gram-positive bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus can reach 99.9%, the antibacterial rate of the antibacterial agent for aspergillus niger and other molds can reach 0 grade, and the contact angle between the material surface and water can reach 120 degrees. The invention discloses an initiative electromagnetic control system for slab and girder structure vibration. The initiative electromagnetic control system comprises a mechanical portion and a control portion. The mechanical portion comprises a wall made of nonferromagnetic materials, a slab and girder structure and electromagnets. One end of the slab and girder structure is connected with the wall, a displacement sensor is arranged on the slab and girder structure, and the electromagnets include electromagnets A, B, C and D. The control portion comprises a computer, a power amplifier and a full-wave rectification circuit without a filter. The computer is connected with the displacement sensor, an input end of the power amplifier is connected with the computer, one path of an output end of the amplifier is connected with the electromagnets A and D through a bridge rectification circuit without a filter while the other path of the same is directly connected with the electromagnets B and C. When the slab and girder structure vibrates, magnetic pole polarity and magnetic field intensity of the electromagnets can be automatically changed to attenuate the vibration quickly, so that damages to a mechanical system caused by vibration are reduced.
