The method comprises the following steps of: decolorizing teicoplanin fermentation liquor through macroporous decolorizing resin, and absorbing the teicoplanin fermentation liquor through macroporous adsorption resin, then desorbing the teicoplanin fermentation liquor, and concentrating the teicoplanin fermentation liquor to obtain a crude teicoplanin extract including the six components of TA2-1, TA2-2, TA2-3, TA2-4, TA2-5 and TA3-1; and dissolving the crude extract in water, and performing chromatographic separation on the dissolved crude extract through polymer microspheres to obtain the six single components, namely TA2-1, TA2-2, TA2-3, TA2-4, TA2-5 and TA3-1, of teicoplanin with high purity. According to the separation method of the single teicoplanin components, the novel chromatography media-polymer microspheres are adopted to simultaneously separate the six single components from the crude teicoplanin extract; and the method is simple in technology, can be used for disposing a large quantity of samples, consumes less solvent, can be used for preparing the single teicoplanin components in a large scale, and provides samples for intensive study on pathology, toxicology and the like of the single teicoplanin components.

Desorption regeneration method of hydrophobic macroporous polymer adsorbent adsorbed with butanol

The invention provides a desorption regeneration method of a hydrophobic macroporous polymer adsorbent adsorbed with butanol. The method disclosed herein comprises the steps of using water-soluble low-boiling polar solvent and water to successively elute the hydrophobic macroporous polymer adsorbent adsorbed with butanol. According to the invention, after a solution containing butanol (e.g. butanol fermentation liquor) is adsorbed by the hydrophobic macroporous polymer adsorbent, by using the desorption regeneration method disclosed herein, the full dissolution and desorption of the adsorbed butanol in the adsorbent can be realized; in addition, the regeneration treatment can be directly carried out on the adsorbent on a fixed bed where the butanol fermentation liquor is adsorbed, and the adsorption process of the next stage can be directly conducted without taking out the adsorbent from the fixed bed, thus a lot of time is saved, and the regeneration efficiency is raised. The method disclosed herein has the advantages of simple process, short separation time, easy, rapid and complete desorption and regeneration, low investment of devices, low pollution, and low energy consumption, and is easy for large scale production.

The ion imprinting polymer can be used as a solid phase extraction adsorbent for selectively and dynamically separating heavy metal ions in wastewater. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: introducing vinyl into the surface of a matrix material (Silica) by virtue of a two-step modification method to obtain Silica-APTS-AC at first; and synthesizing a core-shell type ion imprinting polymer adsorbent under ultraviolet irradiation at room temperature by taking the Silica-APTS-AC as a matrix, Co (II) as a template ion and benzophenone (BP) as a photoinitiator. The adsorption property of the adsorbent to Co (II) is investigated, and the adsorbent has a good separation effect in a room temperature environment, has a large adsorption capacity to Co (II), is high in selectivity and significant in separation effect and has more repeated use times. The invention provides a new type of method for selectively separating heavy metal elements (such as Co (II)) in an enrichment environment sample.

The invention relates to a phosphonic acid group-containing chelated resin, and a polymer adsorbent prepared from bis(2-methacryloxyethyl) phosphate through solvent thermal polymerization. A preparation method comprises following steps: 0.5 to 2g of bis(2-methacryloxyethyl) phosphate and 0.05g of azodiisobutyronitrile are added into 1 to 15ml of an organic solvent, an obtained mixture is stirred for 1 to 3h at 25 DEG C, an obtained solution is introduced into a hydro-thermal reaction vessel, reaction is carried out for 24h at 100 DEG C, an obtained product is taken out from the hydro-thermal reaction vessel, is subjected to rotary evaporation to remove the organic solvent, and is subjected to vacuum drying for 12 to 24h at 45 DEG C so as to obtain the phosphonic acid group-containing chelated resin. The invention also discloses a method used for separation and enrichment of thorium at a high acidity with the phosphonic acid group-containing chelated resin. According to the method, theH<+> concentration of a thorium-containing aqueous solution to be processed is adjusted to 1 to 8mol/L, the phosphonic acid group-containing chelated resin is added, shaking is carried out, and absorption is carried out. The phosphonic acid group-containing chelated resin is simple in the preparation method; operation is convenient; few by-products are produced; and the phosphonic acid group-containing chelated resin can be recycled.

Process for separating butanol fermentation liquor by using continuous chromatography

The invention discloses a process for separating butanol fermentation liquor by using continuous chromatography. The butanol fermentation liquor is ABE (Acetone-Butanol-Ethanol) fermentation liquor. The process is characterized by comprising the steps of carrying out filtration and ultrafiltration treatment on the butanol fermentation liquor, then, pumping the obtained clear liquid into a continuous separating device containing a hydrophobic macroporous polymer adsorbent for adsorption, carrying out desorption by using ethanol as a desorbent so as to obtain a product butanol, and carrying out adsorbent regeneration by using pure water as a regenerant. According to the process, the aim of separating and purifying butanol is realized through the continuous device by using adsorption and elution competition actions among three ingredients, i.e., acetone, ethanol and butanol, the content of butanol in an upper layer of product liquid can reach over 29-32wt%, the purity of butanol is over 91%, and the average yield is 99%; and the volume of an extracting solution is reduced, a solvent in the extracting solution is self-produced ethanol or acetone in the butanol fermentation liquor, and no other ingredient is added during extraction, so that a large number of energy is saved to further recover various ingredients through the traditional rectification method.
