coating, so that the in-vivo stability and the circulation half-life period of the
system are remarkably improved, and the breakthrough of the PCD-PS
system from local administration to
systemic administration is realized for the first time; the
system has excellent ultrasonic responsiveness, and can be accurately triggered at a targeted part and release contents; meanwhile, the apoptotic
cell imitating design endows the system with active targeting property, and the dual-
coating structure ensures the stability of in-vivo circulation, so that the synergistic interaction of stable circulation, active targeting and ultrasonic triggering is realized.
