The invention relates to an extraction method of odorless perillaldehyde with a high stability. The extraction method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) squeezing raw materials; (2) performing an ultrasonic treatment; (3) extracting; (4) refluxing and condensing; (5) absorbing and eluting; (6) carrying out a membrane treatment; (7) distilling and condensing. In the conventional extraction method, only one product can be produced; while in the provided extraction method, pigment and perillaldehyde can be produced at the same time, the comprehensive utilization of raw materials is achieved, and the economic benefits are increased. Moreover, the leaf alcohol can be separated from the perillaldehyde through a temperature different grading condensation recovery method, thus the perillaldehyde purity is improved, and the interference of leaf alcohol is eliminated. The liquid perillaldehyde extract after the absorption treatment is subjected to a membrane separation treatment so as to reduce the odor or even eliminate the odor.
