The organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt composite simultaneously performs three actions in the specific application: firstly, the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt sterilizes and kills pathogenic bacteria on the surface to carry out hazard-free treatment on the pathogenic bacteria; secondly, after the surface coating is dried, the organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt can generate permanent self-cleaning bactriostasis action; and thirdly, the quaternary ammonium salt microcapsule in the composite is slowly released to perform the action of actively sterilizing.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hand-held snack item, said method comprising: (a) applying a first edible, heat-sensitive food material to an initial formed hand-held food item, thereby forming a preliminary coated hand-held food item; (b) applying a second edible food coating material to said preliminary coated hand-held food item, thereby forming a secondary coated hand-hold food item, wherein said second edible food material in applied to said preliminary coated hand-held food item in such a manner as to substantially completely coat said first edible, heat-sensitive food material, and wherein said second edible food material is selected from a material which possesses sufficient physical characteristics to act as a protective medium for said first edible, heat-sensitive food material when said secondary coated hand-held food item is subjected to a temperature in the range of from about 35° C. to about 350° C. for a period of time in the range of from about 10 hours to about 30 seconds; and (c) subjecting said secondary coated hand-held food item to a temperature in the range of from about 35° C. to about 350° C. for a period of time in the range of from about 10 hours to about 30 seconds, thereby producing a final, coated hand-held snack item wherein said first edible, heat-sensitive food material is substantially intact. The present invention further relates to a hand-held snack item prepared by such method.

The invention relates to a composite preservation method for prolonging the preservation period of fresh chestnut kernels, which belongs to the technical field of fruit and vegetable preservation and storage. The composite preservation method includes the following steps: washing and shelling the chestnuts; coating; and carrying out silicon window-modified atmosphere packaging: the ratio of the area of a silicon window to the weight of the chestnut kernels is 6 cm2 to 10 cm2, the content of O2 in initial gas is 5 to 7 percent in volume, the content of CO2 in the initial gas is 3 to 5 percent in volume, the rest is nitrogen, and a film is sealed by heat outside. The adoption of coating preservation combined with silicon window-modified atmosphere packaging solves the problem that raw chestnuts cannot be easily shelled, so that consumers can save time and labor and more conveniently eat chestnuts; meanwhile, the preservation period of the product is greatly prolonged, and the quality of chestnut kernels is improved; and compared with modified atmosphere packaging, and the equipment investment and production cost of the modified atmosphere packaging are high, the composite preservation method has the advantages of low equipment investment and low cost, and being simple and easy to carry out.

Insect-preventing air-conditioning preservative film for food

A vermin-proof modified atmosphere preservative film for foodstuff is prepared by the following steps: by taking sumithion, Chuliangan and pepper dextrin, polyethylene wax, an antistatic agent, a lubricant, calcium carbonate, a titanate coupling agent, a plasticizer and low density polyethylene resin as raw materials; coating and dispersing, melt blending, extruding and granulating to prepare vermifugal master batches; and then adding the vermifugal master batches to the low density polyethylene resin at a ratio of 10-15% for film blowing and forming. The film can be used for producing bags with certain specifications for storing foodstuff; due to slow release of vermicide in the film and combination with spontaneous modified atmosphere physical vermin-proof property of foodstuff respiration, compared with the low density polyethylene film with the same thickness, the film has obvious repelling effect on imago of stored grain pests such as maize weevil, lesser grain borer and confused flour beetle; no residue of the vermicide is detected after packaging rice, maize and wheat for 3 months, the film has no food safety problem as a packaging material for food and is a common, safe, high-efficiency and low cost vermin-proof storage manner for foodstuff.
