Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of pomelo peel total flavones. The method comprises the following steps: taking fresh pomelo peel, cleaning, grinding, adding ethanol until the volume percent of ethanol reaches 75%, putting into a 90-DEG C water bath, sufficiently condensing under reflux to obtain a crude extracting solution, carrying out vacuum filtration by using a vacuum filter, collecting the filtrate, concentrating under reduced pressure, drying the concentrated solution and granulating to obtain the pomelo peel total flavone extract. The obtained pomelo peel total flavones have high content, and can be mixed with lauraldehyde and perillaldehyde to prepare the pomelo peel total flavone composition.
