5 results about "Sesamol" patented technology

Sesamol is a natural organic compound which is a component of sesame seeds and sesame oil. It is a white crystalline solid that is a derivative of phenol. It is sparingly soluble in water, but miscible with most oils. It can be produced by organic synthesis from heliotropine.

Soil remediation fertilizer prepared from agricultural wastes and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural resources and environment, and particularly relates to a soil remediation fertilizer prepared from agricultural wastes and a preparation method of the soil remediation fertilizer. The method comprises the following steps: mixing mixed straws, livestock and poultry manure, soybean meal and wheat bran according to a specific ratio, and then carrying out three-stage microbial fermentation: firstly, inoculating trichoderma reesei and bacillus subtilis for primary degradation; then, phanerochaete chrysosporium and pseudomonas are inoculated, a sesamol inducer is added, and humus is synthesized in an oriented mode; and finally, inoculating a functional bacterial agent consisting of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, potassium-solubilizing bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria. According to the invention, through microbial agent relay and molecular induction, efficient conversion of wastes is realized, and the obtained fertilizer can significantly improve soil structure, improve humus activity, activate microflora, and synchronously enhance physical, chemical and biological fertility of soil.

A bio-based mannich base, its preparation method and application

The application provides a bio-based Mannich base, a preparation method thereof, an application thereof, and a TDI curing agent prepared by using the bio-based Mannich base as a catalyst. The bio-based Mannich base is obtained by a Mannich reaction of natural phenol, dimethylamine and formaldehyde, wherein the natural phenol is one or more selected from the group consisting of sesamol, catechin, theaflavin, daidzein and procyanidin. The Mannich base catalyst prepared by using the natural phenol in the application improves steric hindrance, and the reaction selectivity of small molecule monomers can be improved through the steric hindrance effect. The content of free TDI monomers in the TDI curing agent can be reduced by adding the catalyst at one time, so that the free monomers in the prepared TDI curing agent are less than 0.5% advantageously.

Compositions containing sesamol compounds and their applications

This invention discloses compositions containing sesamol compounds and their applications. The compositions include at least two of sesamol, sesamol dimer, and sesamin glucoside. This invention uses specific compounds from sesamol and its analogues, derivatives, and metabolites as the main active ingredients, resulting in compositions that exhibit synergistic effects, significantly enhancing physiological activities such as controlling body fat, regulating intestinal flora, maintaining blood lipids / blood sugar / blood pressure, protecting the liver, controlling appetite, anti-oxidation, and anti-aging. Furthermore, all components in this composition are derived from pure natural plant-based foods, with no toxic side effects; and the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, making it suitable for preparing related health foods, pharmaceuticals, feed, and feed additives, with promising application prospects.

Composition for wound healing comprising sesamol and use thereof

The present invention relates to a composition for wound healing comprising sesamol, and a use thereof, and more particularly, to a pharmaceutical composition or cosmetic composition comprising a low concentration of sesamol for skin regeneration, wound healing, or an antibacterial purpose. In the present invention, by using a low concentration of sesamol without an additional synthesis process, a cream-based composition for wound healing, which compensates for existing shortcomings and maximizes inherent healing effects, has been developed. In addition, it was confirmed that a high concentration of sesamol rather decreases wound healing effects, whereas a composition including sesamol in an amount less than 1% (w / w) has the effect of maximizing the wound healing effects and minimizing scars by acting in a complex manner throughout the entire wound healing process. Thus, the sesamol in an amount less than 1% (w / w) can be effectively applied to the composition for wound healing or the composition for skin regeneration.
