A culture method of a fruiting body of Antrodia camphorata is provided, which includes: (a) fermenting a culture medium containing yeast at 5-35° C. for 3-30 days; (b) adding wood flour to the fermented culture medium with stirring; (c) placing the wood flour and the culture medium into a vessel; (d) sterilizing the vessel containing the wood flour and the culture medium; (e) inoculating Antrodia camphorata strains into the sterilized vessel containing the wood flour and the culture medium, and culturing at 5-35° C., to form mycelia; (f) inoculating the wood flour containing Antrodia camphorata mycelia into a wood segment; (g) placing the wood segment inoculated with Antrodia camphorata mycelia in an environment where the temperature is 5-35° C. and the humidity is 65-85%, and culturing for a period of time; and (h) removing the wood flour remained on the wood segment, then placing the wood segment in an environment where the temperature is 15-35° C. and the humidity is 80-98%, and culturing for a period of time, to form a fruiting body of Antrodia camphorata. A culture method of Antrodia camphorata mycelia, a culture method of a fruiting body of Antrodia camphorate, and a fruiting body of Antrodia camphorata cultured by the same method are also provided. The fruiting body of Antrodia camphorata cultured by the method of the present invention is thick and solid, and the content of triterpenoids is comparable to that of wild Antrodia camphorate.

Method for preparing antrodia camphorata ferment

The invention relates to the field of fermentation engineering, and discloses a method for preparing antrodia camphorata ferment. The method comprises the following steps of: a) performing combined fermentation on fruits and vegetables by using antrodia camphorata bacteria, bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus, microzyme and bacillus aceticus to obtain a ferment stock solution of the fruits and vegetables; b) performing combined fermentation on edible fungi and seaweeds by using the antrodia camphorata bacteria, the bacillus subtilis, the lactobacillus, the microzyme and the bacillus aceticus to obtain a ferment stock solution of the edible fungi and seaweeds; and c) combining the ferment stock solution of the fruits and vegetables with the ferment stock solution of the edible fungi and seaweeds, uniformly mixing, and then canning and ripening the mixture for more than 20 days to obtain a finished product of the antrodia camphorata ferment. By adopting the method for preparing the antrodia camphorata ferment, beneficial viable organisms are purposely added to accelerate fermentation, so that a food material is degraded or converted into micro-molecular easily-absorbable substances in a short time, bacterial contamination is reduced, the antrodia camphorata bacteria grow quickly, triterpene and polysaccharide type functional substances are effectively accumulated, and a lot of beneficial factors are generated through the multi-bacterium combined fermentation.

The invention discloses an antrodia camphorata anti-cancer active substance and a preparation method and application thereof. The antrodia camphorata anti-cancer active substance is prepared by the following steps of: (1) fermenting and culturing an antrodia camphorate mycelium with a liquid; (2) extracting the obtained mycelium with ethanol to obtain an ethanol extract; (3) concentrating the obtained ethanol extract, dissolving into the water, and adding an equal volume of acetic ether for extracting to obtain an acetic ether extract; (4) purifying the obtained acetic ether extract by performing colloid pipe column chromatography, and extracting an eluent segment g from a n-hexane/acetic ether gradient eluent as a mobile phase; and (5) purifying the obtained eluent segment g by performing colloid pipe column chromatography, and extracting a specific eluent segment from the n-hexane/acetic ether gradient eluent to obtain the antrodia camphorata anti-cancer active substance. The antrodia camphorata anti-cancer active substance provided by the invention is purified to a single component, and the effect of resisting cancer cells can be realized under the condition of very low dosage. The single component can be synthesized by using a chemical synthesis method, so that an anti-cancer effect is achieved.
