After the ingredient A is extracted, polyphenols and anthocyanin in the perilla leaves are removed by use of a microwave method. The ratio of the ingredients of the perilla leaf extract is close to that of oils of the perilla leaves; especially, the ratio of perillaldehyde and the ratio of perillene are relatively high.
