However, in the above studies, the establishment of the threshold value was set by the researchers themselves without a rigorous scientific establishment method, and it was impossible to determine whether the sample that just reached the threshold value was adulterated or not.

[0025] In the test, Yunzhi extracts came from different origins (Northeast, Longquan, Changbai Mountains, Dabie Mountains in Anhui, and Daxing’an Mountains), and the dextrin used for adulteration came from Henan (Henan Datian Food Additive Co., Ltd.), a total of 140 samples. Using the method of intuitive classification, all samples are divided into modeling set and verification set according to the ratio of 4:1, as shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quick harmless recognition of adulterated samples of a trametes versicolor extract based on PLS-DA. The method comprises the following steps of (1) collecting a near infrared reflectance spectrum of trametes versicolor extract samples and adulterated trametes versicolor extract samples, wherein the spectrum wavelength range is 12400-4000cm<-1>, the resolution is 8cm<-1>, and the number of scanning times is 16, and taking average spectra as the original spectra of the samples; (2) adopting a first derivative, in combination with polanary scattering calibration, and performing pretreatment on the original spectral information obtained in step (1), so as to remove influence of spectra noise, baseline wander and the like; (3) determining the main component factor number to be 2, setting the classification variable of the trametes versicolor extract to be 1 and the classifying variable of the adulterated samples to be 0, and establishing a partial least square judgment model; and (4) bringing unknown trametes versicolor extract samples into the model in the step (3), if the classification variable value of the unknown trametes versicolor extract samples is between 0.54-1.28, determining that the unknown trametes versicolor extract sample is the trametes versicolor extract, else, determining that the unknown trametes versicolor extract sample is the adulterated trametes versicolor extract.

Description

[0001] (1) Technical field [0002] The invention relates to a method for quickly and non-destructively identifying adulteration of versicolor versicolor extracts based on PLS-DA. [0003] (2) Background technology [0004] Coriolus versicolor is a common edible fungus and a valuable Chinese herbal medicine. Its extract is rich in a variety of nutrients (polysaccharides, terpenes, etc.), which can significantly improve human immunity, enhance the body's ability to withstand hypoxia, and effectively inhibit tumors and radiation. With the improvement of the economy and living standards, the demand for Yunzhi extract is also increasing. However, the good and bad manufacturers on the market vary in quality and quality, which also brings opportunities for some unscrupulous manufacturers to adulterate for profit. The adulteration of commonly used cheap polysaccharides such as dextrin and starch not only hinders the development of enterprises, but also seriously damages the rights a...
