The invention relates to a method for extracting
coriolus versicolor polysaccharides. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preprocessing a sample, namely rinsing,
drying and
grinding the sample; secondly, adding the sample into a
sodium carbonate solution, performing ultrasonic extraction, and filtering through a microporous filter membrane and a superporous filter membrane successively; thirdly, centrifuging filter liquor twice, adding the
sodium carbonate solution into sediments for extraction, centrifuging and concentrating to prepare concentrated pulp; finally,
drying the concentrated pulp until the
water content is 3%-8%. According to the method,
coriolus versicolor is subjected to ultrasonic extraction, so that the highest
polysaccharide extraction rate can be obtained, the
operation time can be greatly shortened, and the extraction efficiency is improved; in the extraction process of the
coriolus versicolor polysaccharides, the 2%-5%
sodium carbonate solution is adopted as a
solvent, so that the extraction effect is good; the
solvent is low in price, safe, harmless, economic and environmental friendly; moreover, the sample is subjected to
grinding, screening, ultrasonic extraction and two-time filtering, so that the interference of
related impurities on the extraction process is avoided.
