2 results about "Aristolochia" patented technology

Aristolochia (English: /əˌrɪstəˈloʊkiə/) is a large plant genus with over 500 species that is the type genus of the family Aristolochiaceae. Its members are commonly known as birthwort, pipevine or Dutchman's pipe and are widespread and occur in the most diverse climates. Some species, like A. utriformis and A. westlandii, are threatened with extinction.

A molecular identity card of the genus Aristolochia, its combination and its application

This invention relates to the field of molecular biology, specifically disclosing a molecular identification code for the genus *Aristolochia*, its combination, and its applications. The molecular identification code for *Aristolochia* of this invention is the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 1. The molecular identification code combination for *Aristolochia* is the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 1-6. This invention can determine the presence of *Aristolochia* species in a test sample by detecting whether the PCR amplification product or raw high-throughput sequencing data contains the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 1 or SEQ ID No. 1-6. This invention can accurately identify *Aristolochia* species, has broader applicability, and can detect the presence of *Aristolochia* species in all samples from which DNA can be extracted. It enables rapid and accurate identification of original plants, medicinal materials, powders, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and mixed food materials of the *Aristolochia* genus.

Arthrobacter nitroguaiacolicus and its application on pasture

This invention discloses a plant rhizosphere growth-promoting bacterium, *Aristolochia nitroguaiacos* (…). Paenarthrobacter nitroguajacolicus YD-2-4, deposited at the China Microbial Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) under accession number CGMCC No. 36649, possesses various growth-promoting properties, including nitrogen fixation, phosphorus solubilization, IAA production, and ACC deaminase production. It significantly promotes the growth of forage grasses such as alfalfa, wheatgrass, crested wheatgrass, red fescue, Artemisia arenaria, and Stipa purpurea. The strain promoted shoot growth by 25.98% and 14.85% in Artemisia arenaria and red fescue, respectively, and root growth by 27.98% and 19.85% in Artemisia arenaria and Stipa purpurea, respectively. It also increased biomass accumulation in Artemisia arenaria and red fescue by 36.60% and 22.91%, respectively. Regarding plant antioxidant capacity, YD-2-4 significantly enhanced peroxidase activity in Artemisia arenaria and alfalfa, and increased the total antioxidant capacity of red fescue and Stipa purpurea. Strain YD-2-4 can serve as an excellent plant rhizosphere growth promoter, and has broad application prospects in the microbial remediation of degraded grasslands in alpine regions and the development of biofertilizers.
