The tincture consists of mint (fried), borneol, poria extract, eucommia bark, desertliving cistanche, medicinal indianmulberry root, barbary wolfberry fruit (fried), south dodder seed, dogwood fruit (washed with wine), Chinese angelica (fried), codonopsis pilosula, rehmanniae vaporata, longspur epimedium, cloves, bark, tuber onion seed, glossy privet fruit, cinnamon, flos inulae, common curculigo rhizome, Chinese magnoliavine fruit, common cnidium fruit, Chinese wild ginger (fried), spina date seed, tuberculate speranskia herb (fried), dahurian angelica root (fried), goat bone and lavender. The tincture is prepared by the following steps of: soaking, cutting and airing the 28 Chinese herbal medicines and animal parts; coarsely treating the mixture; putting the coarse mixture into a container; adding 10 kilograms of 95 percent edible alcohol and 2.5 kilograms of purified water; stirring uniformly once every 1 to 2 days; sealing at any time; opening the container after soaking for 30 days; filtering residues to obtain a finished product; and bottling the tincture for later use. The tincture has the advantages of adopting a transdermal treatment method for externally curing an internal disease, acting good treating and adjusting health-care effects on hypomnesis, neurasthenia, hypodynamia, senile dementia and diseases such as impotence, premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, abnormal sweating due to decreased sexual functions and the like, resisting premature senility and prolonging life.
