The invention discloses a
solid beverage with medlar as a
raw material and a preparation method of the
solid beverage, which relate to the technical field of
solid beverages and preparation methods thereof. The solid beverage comprises the following ingredients according to weight percent: 30%-35% of medlar fruit
powder, 27%-35% of vegetable fat
powder, 15%-18% of red date
powder, 3%-5% of hawthorn powder, 3%-5% of carrot powder, 3%-5% of milk powder, 2%-3% of glucose and 2%-3% of
lotus leaf powder. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: washing dry medlar fruits; rapidly freezing the medlar fruits at a low temperature of -15 DEG C below; dehydrating and
drying the medlar fruits in vacuum; smashing and
grinding the medlar fruits into ultrafine powder with the particle size being more than 90 meshes; preparing red dates, hawthorn fruits, carrots and
lotus leaves with the same process as that of the medlar fruits; adding the vegetable fat powder, the milk powder and the glucose into the raw materials, and uniformly stirring the materials;
drying, packaging and inspecting the
mixed materials, and then storing the
mixed materials in warehouses. The fruit and vegetable
flavor of the solid beverage is not lost, and the finished product can have the same nutritional ingredients as those of fresh
