Citric acid and a certain mole ratio of penicillamine are put in a beaker and are dissolved in water to form a mixed acid solution; the obtained mixed acid solution is transferred to a high-pressure reaction kettle, heating reaction and freeze drying are performed to obtain the functionalized graphene quantum dots; the functionalized graphene quantum dots are dissolved in water to obtain a graphene water solution; a buffer solution is mixed with a Fe<3+>-containing solution and reacts with the prepared functionalized graphene quantum dot water solution for a certain time, then the fluorescence intensity is determined on a fluorescence spectrophotometer, and the Fe<3+> content in a sample is calculated on the basis. The citric acid and the penicillamine are used as a mixed carbon source to prepare the functionalized graphene quantum dots through one-step hydrothermal reaction, remarkable fluorescence quenching is produced by utilizing specific combination between the Fe<3+> and the quantum dots, and high sensitivity and high-selectivity determination conducted on Fe<3+> in iron supplementing health care products is achieved.

According to the invention, the ratio of feed to water of complete batched feed can promote easy digestion of the piglet after feeding; the use of anthelmintics like anthelmintic essence and tetramisole for expelling of in-vivo and in-vitro parasites of the piglet before transferring of the piglet can effectively reduce the infection rate of the piglet, enhance resistance of the piglet and thus improve the quality of pork; due to arrangement of microbial fermentation bedding materials in a growing-finishing pig house, setting of the net area, composition and proportion of the microbial fermentation bedding materials and decomposition and fermentation of soil microorganism coenobium, organic substances in manures and urine of the piglet are converted into odorless and harmless substances and bacterium protein, and reproduction and growth of numerous microorganisms provide a plurality of organic bacterium protein for the piglet to eat; therefore, the quality of the pork is improved, production of pollutants is reduced, and great market potential and broad prospects are obtained.
