The invention relates to the technical field of
metal fluoride lithium ion batteries, in particular to a preparation method and application of a high-surface-capacity
ferrous fluoride positive
electrode. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) reacting reduced
iron powder with a fluosilicic acid solution to obtain a precursor solution; (2) adding deionized water into the precursor solution for
dilution, then adding conductive carbon nanotubes to obtain a
mixed solution, and
drying to obtain
solid powder; and (3) calcining the
solid powder at 250 DEG C in a protective
atmosphere to obtain the nanoscale spherical
ferrous fluoride. (4) mixing
ferrous fluoride with
polyvinylidene fluoride,
anhydrous dextrose,
polyacrylonitrile, conductive carbon and carbon nanotubes according to a certain proportion to obtain
slurry; and (5)
coating: the thickness of a
metal scraper is 750 microns, and
drying is performed in a
vacuum drying oven at 60 DEG C to obtain the high-surface-capacity ferrous fluoride
pole piece. The preparation method of the high-surface-capacity ferrous fluoride positive
electrode is simple in process, mild in condition and low in cost,
cracking of a
pole piece under the load of a high-activity substance is avoided, a ferrous fluoride positive
electrode material and loss thereof are effectively protected, and adverse reaction between the ferrous fluoride positive
electrode material and
electrolyte is prevented, so that the
cycling stability of a
liquid lithium ion battery is better improved, and the service life of the
liquid lithium ion battery is prolonged. The battery life is prolonged.
