Compared with a classical photosensitizer NB, the singlet oxygen yield of ENBO-NI is increased by about 117.65%, and the singlet oxygen yield of ENBS-NI is as high as 70%. The absorption wavelength of the conjugated compound is in a red light wave band. The preparation process is simple and efficient, large-scale production is easy, and the preparation method has a wide clinical application prospect.

To address the problems of poor optical contrast, slow response time, and poor cycling stability of existing conjugated polymers as electrochromic materials, this invention uses 2,8-dibromodibenzofuran or 2,8-dibromodibenzothiophene as reactants, reacting them with 9-hexyl-3,6-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxoborane-2-yl)-carbazole or 9-phenyl-3,6-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxoborane-2-yl)-carbazole to form conjugated polymers with dibenzofuran (thiophene) and carbazole units in the main chain. A method of determining productivity of a region of a reservoir includes determining an API gravity of a crude oil in the sample from the region of the reservoir using an empirical correlation between API gravity and the ratio of 4-methyldibenzothiophene to 1-methyldibenzothiophene, and based on the API gravity of the sample, determining the productivity of the region of the reservoir.
