The present application belongs to the technical field of
virus prevention and control of plants, and particularly relates to a formula of an
elicitor for
Passiflora edulis EAPV and TeMV and an application method thereof. The
elicitor is composed of sophoramine and
ginsenoside Rh2, and the preferred concentration is 160 mg / L for each. The results of a pot experiment show that the
virus content of TeMV and EAPV in
Passiflora edulis plants is significantly lower than that of the water control, the
virus index is 33.12, and the relative
control effect reaches 65.57%, which is better than that of a commercial
plant immune
elicitor "A Tailing". In a
field experiment, the preferred application method is adopted, i.e. spraying once at the
seedling stage of 4-5 leaves and at the end of flowering and the beginning of fruiting, and the
disease index at the harvest stage is 23.15, and the relative
control effect reaches 72.30%, which is significantly better than that of "A Tailing", and the leaves of the treated plants are flat and smooth, and have few
disease spots. The safety experiment shows that the concentration of 160 mg / L has no
adverse effect on
Passiflora edulis. The present application has simple components, easily available raw materials, low cost, simple operation, only two times of spraying, and has a good application prospect.
