The processing line comprises the following steps: mixing and fermenting peanut vine, shell powder, water hyacinth, cow dung and a biological fungus block; treating with earthworms; and finally fermenting earthworm feces, azadirachta indica branches, blumea balsamifera and rape seed cakes to prepare the special fertilizer for the peanut. The peanut vine is adopted as the main raw material of the special organic fertilizer for the peanut; through a series of treatments with biological bacteria, earthworms and the like, various elements in the peanut vine are converted into a combined-state which is easy to absorb by plants; meanwhile, the elements and the content are similar to the elements required for peanut growth and the quantity demand of the elements; the production technology can meet the growth requirements of the peanut; organic matters are fermented twice and are digested by the earthworms once; and the formed organic matters are high in content, easy to dissolve into soil and easy to absorb by plants.
