The invention discloses a method for simultaneously producing pentosan and dietary fiber by a wheat bran enzyme engineering method, belonging to the food processing field of the deep processing transformation of the food processing by-product. The method takes industrial wheat outer bran as raw material; after the moisture and the Ph of the industrial wheat outer bran are regulated, cell wall lytic enzyme is adopted for being acted on the wheat bran; and then a screw extruder is adopted for extrusion expansion treatment; alkali liquor, the Ph of which is equal to 10, is used for extraction; and extraction solution obtained by decentralization is deproteinized, concentrated, and dried in vacuum to obtain pentosan. Precipitant obtained by alkali liquor extraction and decentralization is decolorized by H2O2 solution, washed, dried and ground to obtain dietary fiber. The technology can simultaneously produce pentosan and dietary fiber, also can only produce pentosan or dietary fiber according to market demands, and is flexible. The obtained pentosan and dietary fiber can serve as addition agent and functional factors, and are applied to food, pharmaceutical industries and cosmetic industries, thus realizing the effective transformation and utilization of the wheat bran.

Seedling cultivation composite organic matter basis and method of preparing the same

The invention particularly relates to a composite organic nursery substrate and a production method thereof. The substrate adopts leftovers of edible fungi and peanut shells as main materials, adopts peat, vermiculite, rice husk ash and attapulgite as accessories and adopts water retention agents, green fertilizers and ferrous sulfate as additives. The volume ratio of the main materials is 40-60:20-30 in sequence, the accessories are 5-20% of the main materials and the additives are in proper quantities. The production process of the substrate is as follows: decomposition pretreatment is carried on the main materials; the accessories and additives are added according to the volume ratio and are stirred evenly until the mixture passes test to be a qualified finished product. The substrate of the invention has good quality, rapid and neat emergence of seedlings, healthy plant growth and good water retention. The fertilizer efficiency can last for 30-50 days, enough for the growing development of the seedling stage, thus simplifying the management of labor power on plug seedling. Meanwhile, with good buffer action, the substrate can be widely applied to seedling culture of various organisms such as vegetables, flowers, cotton, rice, tobacco and nursery stocks, etc.

The present invention discloses a high-expansion-rate water-blocking yarn and a production process thereof. The water-blocking yarn comprises fiber, an adhesive layer formed on the surface of the fiber and a super absorbent resin layer on the surface of the adhesive layer, wherein the super absorbent resin layer is formed by drying a mixed solution of a post-crosslinked water absorption resin solution, polyethylene glycol and deionized water on the adhesive layer. The production process comprises the following steps of A, impregnating the fiber in an adhesive solution; B, drying the fiber through a hot channel, so as to enable the adhesive solution to form the adhesive layer on the fiber surface; C, impregnating the dried fiber in a water-soluble resin glue solution; D, drying the fiber through the hot channel, so as to enable the water-soluble resin to be crosslinked into super absorbent resin and further to form the super absorbent resin layer on the adhesive layer; and E, winding the dried fiber to obtain the high-expansion-rate water-blocking yarn. According to the water-blocking yarn prepared with the process, the water absorption resin is firmly combined with the fiber, the texture is soft, the water absorption rate is high, and water and moisture can be effectively prevented from invading a power cable and an optical cable, so that safe operation of the power cable and the optical cable is ensured.
