[0010] 1. Synthesis of modified polysuccinimide (t-PSI) by grafting allylamine

[0011] In a protective gas, dissolve polysuccinimide (PSI) in a dry polar solvent, concentrate with allylamine (arylamine) under reduced pressure distillation at 40-45°C, and reprecipitate with methanol to obtain Solid matter; the solid matter is washed with methanol and dried under vacuum at a temperature of 50-60° C. to obtain modified polysuccinimide (t-PSI).

[0012] 2. Synthesis of modified polyaspartic acid (t-PAsp) by hydrolysis of NaOH aqueous solution

[0013] Hydrolyze the modified polysuccinimide (t-PSI) with NaOH aqueous solution (NaOHaq.) in an ice bath, reprecipitate and wash the product with methanol, and dry the obtained solid in vacuum at a temperature of 50-60°C , to obtain modified polyaspartic acid (t-PAsp).

Abstract

The invention discloses polyaspartic acid gel and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of organic polymer materials. An existing water absorbing material-polyacrylic polymer is high in water absorption rate but does not have biodegradability. The polyaspartic acid gel is characterized by being in a gel state and having a spatial reticular structure. The preparation method of the polyaspartic acid gel is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, grafting polysuccinimide with allyl amine to obtain allyl amine group-containing modified polysuccinimide; secondly, hydrolyzing the modified polysuccinimide by using NaOH to obtain modified polyaspartic acid; thirdly, crosslinking the modified polyaspartic acid with tetramethylethylenediamine to obtain the polyaspartic acid gel. The water absorption rate of the obtained polyaspartic acid gel is increased by 600 times; and the biodegradability of the polyaspartic acid gel can be verified through a burying test and particularly the residual content of the polyaspartic acid gel is only 30% after the polyaspartic acid gel is buried in soil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a polyaspartic acid gel and a preparation method thereof, which uses aspartic acid as a raw material to prepare a polymer water-absorbing material with high water absorption rate, and belongs to the technical field of organic polymer materials. Background technique [0002] Water-absorbent materials that can absorb more than 100 times their own weight are high water-absorbent materials. In the prior art, the water absorption rate of polymer water-absorbing materials can reach thousands of times, which is suitable for making sanitary products, agricultural moisturizers, etc. [0003] The existing high water absorption polymer water absorption material is polyacrylic acid polymer, although it has high water absorption, but it is not biodegradable, if used in large quantities, it will cause serious environmental problems. If this type of water-absorbing material is treated by burning, since it contains a large amount of water and...
