The invention relates to a method for recovering gold and silver in a gold, silver and copper alloy scrap. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, placing the gold, silver and copper alloy scrap in an ultrasonic reactor, adding concentrated nitric acid to the ultrasonic reactor, and after ultrasonic leaching filtration, obtaining a filtrate and a filter residue; secondly, using an ionexchange separation method for ion exchange separation to obtain a silver nitrate solution; thirdly, using an electrowinning method to recover silver in a silver nitrate solution; fourthly, dissolving the filter residue in aqua regia, diluting after the nitrate removal, adjusting the pH with sodium hydroxide, adding sodium bisulfite until no precipitation produces, boiling, reacting until a solution supernatant become colorless, filtering, washing the precipitate with deionized water to neutral, drying, and obtaining a sponge gold. The method not only solves the problem that the gold, silverand copper alloy scrap is difficult to dissolve, but also shortens the recovery process of the gold, silver and copper alloy scrap, and the recovered gold and silver can be directly used for the preparation of gold, silver and copper alloy materials.
