The invention relates to a preparation method of a microwave-radiated room-temperature phosphorescent material containing a graphene oxide polymer. The method comprises the following steps: oxidizing graphite through an improved Hummers method to obtain graphene oxide, dissolving acrylamide in water, adding a graphene oxide aqueous solution and ammonium persulfate according to a mass ratio of acrylamide to graphene oxide to ammonium persulfate to water of 100:(0.0001-0.002):(0.5-1.5):(500-2000), uniformly conducting mixing, carrying out a reflux reaction under the action of microwaves for 3-10 minutes, conducting cooling to room temperature, precipitating the obtained product with methanol, carrying out suction filtration, washing a filter cake with methanol, and conducting freeze-drying to obtain the graphene oxide-containing super-long-life polymer room-temperature phosphorescent material. The prepared polymer phosphorescent material is long in phosphorescent life at room temperature, the luminescent afterglow reaches 16s, meanwhile, the preparation method is simple and convenient, and the product is non-toxic, pollution-free, heavy metal-free, halogen-free, good in water solubility and wide in application prospect.
