The process comprises the following steps: dissolving 1 to 50 PPM of a catalyst including single metalloporphyrin or mu-oxo bimetallic porphyrin or a mixture of single metalloporphyrin, mu-oxo bimetallic porphyrin and transition metal salt or oxide in cyclohexane; introducing 5 to 12 atm of air or oxygen-rich or oxygen-poor air into a multi-stage oxidation reactor with a gas distributor; controlling the reaction temperature at 140 to 160 DEG C; oxidizing cyclohexane for 45 to 120 min; feeding the mixture of the oxidation reaction into a flash separator to carry out flash evaporation at the temperature of 78 to 155 DEG C and under the pressure of 0.1 to 1.0 atm, so that the low-boiling-point products such as cyclohexane, cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone change to gas and are separated from adipic acid with the content above 80%; continuously circularly oxidizing the low-boiling-point products to separate and purify the high-boiling-point oxidation product; and purifying and separating by the existing technique to obtain fine adipic acid product. The process can directly prepare adipic acid by aerobically oxidizing cyclohexane, wherein the conversion rate of cyclohexane is up to 95%, and the yield of adipic acid is up to 70%.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a scouring agent for aluminum and an aluminum alloy, which comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting ingredients according to the following percentages by weight: 30-85% of NaCl, 5-40% of Na2SiF6, 5-40% of Na2SO4, 2-20% of CaF2 and 0.5-10% of C6Cl6; uniformly mixing and fully stirring the selected ingredients; placing the mixture into a crucible, carrying out overheat melting to eliminate crystal water, and preserving the temperature for 30-60 minutes; and finally, processing after cooling to obtain the scouring agent. The method has the advantages of simple process and low cost. The prepared scouring agent does not contain sylvite, so that sylvite can not be introduced into the scouring and purifying treatment procedures, and therefore, an aluminum electrolysis cell can not be seriously corroded as a result of the introduction of sylvite when aluminum ash is directly recycled in the cell.

Process for preparing multiphase catalysts for ester exchange synthesizing diphenyl carbonate

The invention relates to a method for preparing a multiphase catalyst used for ester exchange synthesis of diphenyl carbonate from methyl carbonate and phenol. The catalyst is obtained by immersion-graft reaction of SiO2 as carrier, TiO2 as active component and triethylamine in the presence of organic solvents, followed by calcination. The invention solves the problem of low ester exchange efficiency in the prior art. The TiO2 / SiO2 catalyst prepared by the inventive method has higher catalytic activity and ester exchange selectivity in the ester exchange synthesis of diphenyl carbonate from methyl carbonate and phenol, wherein the phenol conversion rate reaches 48.1% and the overall selectivity of ester exchange products (methoxyphenyl carbonate and diphenyl carbonate) is more than 99.5%. Additionally, the inventive method has the advantages of easily-available raw materials, low cost and simple process.
