This invention belongs to the field of fuel stove technology and provides a safe,
environmentally friendly, and energy-saving stove with a
powder-sintered core for high
flash point alcohol oil. The stove includes a table, a cooking utensil support, a core, and an oil filling
sight glass. By eliminating
asbestos and
metal mesh, the burner head uses
nickel-based
alloy powder sintered at high temperatures, which is heat-resistant and wear-free, eliminating the need for frequent replacements.
Combustion produces no
odor,
volatiles, or dust. The
ceramic fiber oil-absorbing cotton does not accumulate
moisture, making re-ignition convenient.
Flame adjustment does not require adding or removing the cotton core; precise
flame control is achieved by adjusting the air intake ring with an adjustment rod. The burner head's micron-level pores and
air chamber work together to achieve a uniform supply of
alcohol oil in a small amount, preventing excessive absorption, ensuring complete
combustion, saving oil, and eliminating carbon buildup. Furthermore, in the event of accidental
flameout, no high-temperature
metal mesh remains, and the
alcohol oil does not evaporate, producing any
odor. This invention balances
environmental protection and user experience, and is suitable for the
combustion requirements of high
flash point alcohol oil.
