The invention provides a base material for a phase-transforming energy-storing low-temperature
facial mask, which includes nonwoven fabrics, phase-transforming energy-storing micro-
capsule, small balls or powders or the mixture thereof are compounded on the surface of the nonwoven fabrics or into the
fiber of the nonwoven fabrics, and the weight of these energy-storing substances account for 20-60% of the total weight of the base material of the
facial mask. The base material is prepared by the following steps: adding the produced energy-storing balls,
powder, micro-
capsule or the mixture thereof into a
viscose fiber solution to prepare the
fiber, and then producing the fabrics by using the fiber; or producing the energy-storing substances into paste materials and
coating the paste materials on the surface of the nonwoven cloth to form a
coating layer and then produce the low-temperature base material of the
facial mask. The invention compounds the low-temperature phase-transforming energy-storing material into the traditional base material of the facial
mask, and the traditional
nonwoven fabric for the facial
mask can be replaced. Experiments indicate that the low-temperature facial
mask prepared by the low-temperature base material has longer
holding time by 20-60% compared with the traditional product at the low temperature; furthermore, the way of shrinking the pores by low temperature is innocuous and harmless to the
skin, therefore, the product has bright market prospect.
