Sophora japonica bud threshing device and method. The
threshing device includes a drum open at both ends, with a door cover at each opening. The drum wall has
sieve holes and a toothed ring. A hopper is located below the drum, a support is provided around the drum, and a scraper is provided on the inner wall of the drum. The
threshing method includes the following steps: 1) collecting and high-temperature treating the
Sophora japonica buds; 2) threshing the
Sophora japonica buds: the high-temperature treated
Sophora japonica buds are fed into the threshing device of this invention for rolling threshing. Existing mechanized threshing of
Sophora japonica buds is carried out while the buds are fresh, resulting in poor threshing efficiency. This invention adopts a method of high-temperature
fumigation treatment of the
Sophora japonica buds followed by mechanized threshing, and a threshing device is specifically designed for this purpose. This invention enables complete threshing of Sophora japonica buds. Compared with traditional methods that require manual kneading and beating to achieve complete threshing, the threshing operation of this invention is time-saving and labor-saving, and has good prospects for widespread application.
