This invention discloses a
production line for assembling irregularly shaped
fireworks and its
assembly method. The
production line, arranged sequentially along the outer cylinder's flow direction, includes an outer cylinder feeder, an outer cylinder deformation
machine, a variable-
pitch conveyor, and an outer cylinder fuse-setting
machine. This invention overcomes the technical bias of "fuse-setting first, deformation later" in traditional automated
fireworks production. It creatively uses the outer cylinder deformation
machine to first convert the conventionally arranged
fireworks outer cylinder into an irregularly shaped arrangement and shape it. Then, using a variable-
pitch conveyor equipped with a specific variable-
pitch adjustment mechanism, it smoothly transfers the irregularly shaped arrangement to the outer cylinder fuse-setting machine for drilling and fuse
insertion while strictly maintaining this arrangement. The technical solution of this invention fundamentally eliminates the major safety hazards such as wear,
flameout, and flashover caused by forced deformation and pulling of the fuse in traditional processes. It not only significantly improves the reliability of irregularly shaped combined fireworks but also possesses strong size compatibility and ease of
changeover, greatly improving production efficiency.
