seedling raising substrate in step (5) comprises the following

husk charcoal. The tissue culture method provided by the application can improve the rooting rate and
transplanting survival rate of sugarcane tissue culture seedlings, and the growth traits of the tissue culture seedlings can also be significantly improved.
