Subculture with NAA and 6-BA in MS medium effectively improves the proliferation rate, producing robust and rapidly growing seedlings that effectively balance callus amplification and bud propagation. Adding NAA to 1 / 2 MS medium for *Pandanus tectorius* leaf rooting culture results in high rooting efficiency and good root growth and development. This allows for rapid and large-scale propagation of *Pandanus tectorius* leaf tissue culture seedlings, enabling large-scale production, promoting the vigorous development of *Pandanus tectorius* leaf cultivation, and stimulating the development of related industries such as pharmaceuticals, health foods, and ornamental flowers based on *Pandanus tectorius* leaf raw materials.
