The invention provides a high-temperature resistant environment-friendly polyvinyl chloride material for wires and cables. A raw material formulation mainly comprises the following materials in weight portion: 80 to 120 portions of loose-type polyvinyl chloride resin, 20 to 55 portions of tetraoctyl pyromellitate, 5 to 35 portions of polyester plasticizer and 12 to 18 portions of calcium-zinc stabilizer, wherein the polymerization degree of the loose-type polyvinyl chloride resin is between 2,000 and 3,000; in the calcium-zinc stabilizer, the total content of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium is less than or equal to 10 ppm of the total weight of the calcium-zinc stabilizer; the polyester plasticizer is polypropylene-1, 2-glycol adipate or polypropylene-1, 3-butylene terephthalate; and the molecular weight of the polyester plasticizer is between 3,000 and 4,000. After the material is aged in a hot-air oven for 168 hours at 158 DEG C, the retention rate of tensile strength is up to 106 percent; the retention rate of elongation at break is 97 percent; and the material is good in mechanical physical properties and insulating property. Therefore, the material meets the temperature-resistant requirement on long-term operating temperature at 125 DEG C in UL1581.

The invention relates to a metal cutting solution of green semi-synthesis double-base oil, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0 to 30 percent of mineral oil, 0 to 30 percent of synthetic ester, 5 to 10 percent of anionic surfactant, 5 to 10 percent of non-ionic surfactant, 5 to 15 percent of anti-rust agent, 0 to 15 percent of extreme pressure agent, 1 to 3 percent of de-foaming agent and 0 to 2 percent of bactericide, and the balance being water. A preparation method for the metal cutting solution comprises the following steps: firstly, heating the mineral oil to about 50 DEG C, adding the synthetic ester into the mineral oil, and stirring the mixture evenly to form a double-base oil system; and then adding the anti-rust agent, the extreme pressure agent, the de-foaming agent and the bactericide into the water respectively, and using the anionic surfactant and the non-ionic surfactant to regulate the system to balance so as to form the metal cutting solution of the green semi-synthesis double-base oil. Because the synthetic ester is added in the preparation process to form the double-base oil system, the biodegradability, oxidative stability and flash point are improved; and the method meets the requirement of environmental protection, and is applicable to cutting, grinding and processing various mechanical parts.

The paper deacidification system comprises a deacidification liquid storage tank, a centrifugation pump, a deacidification device and a circulation device which are in successive connection, wherein the outlet of the circulation device is respectively connected with the inlet of the deacidification liquid storage tank and the inlet of the deacidification device; a circulation loop is formed between the deacidification device and the circulation device; and the deacidification device is also connected with the deacidification liquid storage tank via a deacidification liquid recovery device. The paper deacidification method comprises the following steps: putting a literature into the deacidification device, then pumping the paper deacidification agent into the deacidification device, shaking the literature, subjecting deacidification liquid to circulation, pumping the deacidification liquid back, and carrying out condensation recovery. The invention relates to a method for separating zirconium and hafnium, which specifically comprises the following steps of: using the acidic water solution of a zirconium compound as a raw material, extracting hafnium in the material liquid into an organic phase by using diisobutyl ketone (DIBK) or the synergism of DIBK with a neutral phosphorous extracting agent or the synergism of DIBK with anacidic phosphorus-containing extracting agent, and washing and stripping the oganic phase to produce a hafnium-rich liquid such that the separation of zirconium and hafnium is realized; respectively precipitating the hafnium-rich liquid and the remaining organic phase by using ammonia water, and washing and roasting the precipitates to obtain atomic energy level zirconium oxide and hafnium oxide.In the technical method provided by the invention, low content of hafnium in zirconium hafnium is preferably extracted, and the method has simple process and high extraction efficiency. The extraction system used in the method reaches the same zirconium and hafnium separation performance to MIBK (Methyl Isobutyl Ketone) but has smaller water solubility, high boiling point and flashing point and smaller toxicity compared with MIBK, and the problems of great solvent loss, easy outbreak of fire, environmental pollution and the like in the MIBK extraction separation method are solved.

The invention discloses a phosphazene flame retardant and a preparation method thereof. The phosphazene flame retardant is obtained through the reaction of fluorocarbon alcohol and phosphonitrilic chloride trimer, wherein, as the phosphazene flame retardant contains the elements of P and N, the flame-retardant effect is more obvious; as at least one of Rf1, Rf2, Rf3, Rf4, Rf5 and Rf6 is a fluorocarbon group which provides convenience for enhancing the flashing points of the electrolyte and reducing the viscosity of the electrolyte, the viscosity of the phosphazene flame retardant is proper, and the phosphazene flame retardant has favorable systematic consistence; moreover, the O bond and the P bond on the side chain of the phosphazene flame retardant are connected to a P group of a loop chain at the same time, so as to form a V-shaped hole, which provides convenience for absorbing metal positive ions to get far away from corresponding negative ions as well as for the migration of the positive ions, and further improves the electric conductivity of the electrolyte. The invention further provides a lithium ion battery electrolyte comprising electrolyte salt, a solvent and the phosphazene flame retardant. Experimental results show that the lithium ion battery electrolyte provided by the invention has favorable conductibility.

The fresh absorbent is an environment-protected organic solvent with high boiling point, strong lipophilicity and low volatility. The invention can recycle a plurality of organic infectant in waste gas, the technics procedure is simple, practical, and the operation cost is low.
