disperse dye embroidery-imitating printing process for acetate
fiber fabric, which comprises the following steps: printing and
steaming the acetate
fiber fabric with a printing dye, washing with water, and setting at high temperature to obtain the embroidery-imitating printed acetate
fiber fabric. The hydroxyl group can form a
hydrogen bond with hydroxyl
oxygen on acetate fiber acetoxy, the cyano group is a strong polar group and can interact with ester group polarity of acetate fiber, meanwhile, the modified
dye molecule contains a large number of azo groups, the saturation degree and tinting strength of the dye can be improved, meanwhile, the modified
dye molecule contains an organic
silicon chain segment, the hydrophobicity of the dye can be improved, and the dye can be used for dye
dyeing. And after multiple times of washing, the dye on the surface does not fade and fall off, and meanwhile, the film layer can be endowed with soft and smooth characteristics, so that the printed part is softer and is closer to the touch feeling of high-quality embroidery.
