The invention discloses an in-hole drilling tool integrating drilling, slotting and punching a coal seam and a using method thereof. The in-hole drilling tool comprises a water supple device or an air supple device, a high-pressure sealing drill pipe, a slotting and punching valve and a drill bit. The water supply device and the air supply device are connected with the high-pressure sealing drill pipe at an orifice. The slotting and punching valve is installed between the high-pressure sealing drill pipe and the drill bit. The in-hole drilling tool is essentially used for drilling and anti-reflective outburst eliminating after drilling of soft outburst coal seam. The using method is as follows: after the drilling construction is finished, a water supplier with a pressure release valve is used for starting a high-pressure pumping station to improve the pressure and the flux for water supply; high-pressure water current at the pumping station drives the slotting and punching valve to act for closing an axial liquid passage and opening a radial liquid passage; and high-pressure jet current realizes slotting or punching through a cutting nozzle or a punching nozzle. The invention has novel design and easy operation, is safe and reliable, improves the outburst elimination efficiency and realizes the integrated operation of drilling, slotting or punching and outburst eliminating.

Method and system for basement engineering water proof and water drain

A basement engineering waterproof and drainage method is provided. The wall footing of the outside wall in basement engineering is embedded in watertight or micro-watertight soil rock layer or cement soil layer. The wall footing intercepts water by a thin-part structure. The cushion of the basement engineering soleplate and the falling layer of the top board are composed of combined water-proof layers. The late poured band, the movement joint and the horizontal construction joint at the lower part of the outside wall are treated by a water-proof structure combined with waterproofing measures. The basement engineering is provided with a drainage system. The groundwater and surface water at the soleplate are drained into city drainage pipelines via a soleplate part of the drainage system. The rainwater of overburden layer bottom of the top board is then drained into city drainage pipelines via the indoor part of the drainage system. The invention is designed by adopting a one-body method of arranging the basement engineering waterproofing, drainage and anti-floating as well as underground engineering space enclosing structure and pipelines, thereby shortening the construction period, reducing the engineering cost, increasing the durability and reliability of underground building space enclosing structure and waterproof layer as well as pipelines.

Drain valve with flow control

A drain valve with flow control allows liquid to flow into or out of a liquid-container product only when desired by use of a restriction cap having a control ring that twists in and out of a base ring in order to control the flow of liquid in and out of the drain valve. The invention may be used with a wide variety of hose connectors and or safety caps. In one embodiment, the restriction cap is comprised of a flow valve that has a flow valve top, flow apertures, a flow valve base, and flow valve threads and a control ring that has a control ring top, a control ring base, a control ring center aperture, and control ring protrusions. The control ring is sealed snugly against the flow valve top by means of an O-ring when the drain valve is in the closed position, in order to prevent leakage through the flow apertures, and is also sealed against the side of the flow valve by an O-ring, in order to prevent leakage via the channel within which the control ring moves in the base ring. The control ring of the restriction cap twists in and out of the base ring in order to control the flow of liquid in and out of the drain valve. As the control ring is twisted into the base ring, the control ring protrusions twist within channels inside the base ring and the piston valve is depressed, allowing liquid to flow from the drain valve into the hose connector. As the control ring is twisted out of the base ring, the control ring base blocks the flow apertures, preventing liquid from flowing into the drain valve.

According to the method, original defective secondary lining concrete is chiseled away, and an inverted trapezoidal groove with the inside being wide and the outside being narrow is formed; steel bars are embedded in the middle of the groove in the annular direction and the longitudinal direction, and meanwhile, the steel bars and the original concrete are anchored integrally; self-propelled hollow grouting anchor rods are drilled in the groove area and surrounding the groove at the same time, and the outer side and the inner side, close to the secondary lining, of each anchor rod are wrapped with two water-swelling rubber water stop strips; and after a formwork is erected on the outer surface of the secondary lining, micro-expansion concrete is poured into the groove and is tightly connected with an original primary support and the secondary lining, so that a new lining structure is formed, the outer surface area of the micro-expansion concrete extends around till reaching the design thickness of the secondary lining and then extends again by 80-100 cm within which steel belts are hung for anchorage. The structure and method can effectively treat the defects of severe cracking and disengagement of the lining, the structure stability is good, the mechanical property is high, the problem that the defects occur again in the later period is avoided, the treatment method is high in operability, safe and reliable, and great economic benefits are achieved.
