The application relates to a preparation method of a super-wear-resistant and
impact-resistant
sapphire waste reinforced
polyethylene composite lining plate, and comprises the following steps: step one, placing
sapphire waste
powder into a strong
magnetic separator; step two, soaking the waste
powder in step one into
hydrochloric acid, and then washing the waste
powder with deionized water until the waste powder is neutral; step three,
drying the solution in step two, and filtering to obtain refined
sapphire waste powder; step four, performing surface treatment on the refined waste powder in step three through a
silane coupling agent; step five, fully mixing UHMWPE, refined sapphire waste powder, an
antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a
lubricant; step six, performing hot-pressing
sintering on the mixture after step five to form a shape; and step seven, cooling and taking out the mixture in step six to obtain the super-wear-resistant and
impact-resistant sapphire waste reinforced
polyethylene composite lining plate. The sapphire waste powder forms discontinuous hard support points in the UHMWPE, which can produce a special anti-
sliding wear effect, and the
wear resistance and service life of the lining plate are improved.
