The invention discloses a
grouper and
penaeus vannamei three-dimensional symbiotic
polyculture system and
polyculture method, and belongs to the technical field of
seawater net cage ecological culture. The
system comprises a double-layer three-dimensional net cage, a middle-layer anti-
predation separation net, a
prawn three-dimensional attachment base, a feeding unit and a
water body exchange unit, the net cage is divided into an upper-layer
grouper culture area and a lower-layer
prawn inhabiting area through the middle-layer anti-
predation separation net, and the
prawn three-dimensional attachment base is arranged on the lower layer for prawns to inhabit and shell. In the breeding process,
grouper fries are put first,
penaeus vannamei fries are put after 5-10 days, only the upper layer is fed with grouper feed, and the
penaeus vannamei grows through residual feed, organic debris and
plankton. Safe
symbiosis of the groupers and the penaeus vannamei is achieved,
predation is effectively prevented, the bait
utilization rate and the unit water yield are improved,
pollution and diseases are reduced, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, ecological,
environmentally friendly and remarkable in benefit and is suitable for offshore net cage large-scale cultivation.
