This invention relates to the field of
edible mushroom cultivation technology, and discloses a
mushroom cultivation medium based on fungi grass modified with
tannin-
calcium complexation and containing a
plant-derived
biochar framework, as well as its preparation method. The medium uses fungi grass
fiber as the main
carbon source. The fungi grass
fiber is complexed and modified with tannins and soluble
calcium salts to form a complexed and solidified layer on its surface, thus delaying later spoilage and
structural failure.
Plant-derived
biochar particles are introduced as an
inert physical support framework to enhance the
structural stability and long-lasting
aeration of the medium. The medium preferably employs a dual-particle size structure of coarse
fiber and
fine powder, and is combined with wheat
bran / rice
bran,
calcium regulators, and
gypsum or
lime to maintain high strength and
aeration of the
mushroom logs under multi-flush fruiting conditions, reducing the risk of collapse, soft rot, and
contamination by microorganisms, and improving later yield retention and cumulative yield.
