Wherein the tetrasulfide bond can be broken in a reducing environment in cells, so that not only can the controllable and continuous release of hydrogen sulfide gas be realized, but also the degradation of the skeleton structure of the nano stabilizer can be induced, and the release behavior of the loaded drug SC can be cooperatively regulated and controlled; hA realizes targeted recognition of mast cells in a receptor mediation mode, and non-specific leakage of the medicine in a body fluid environment is effectively reduced. The preparation method of the nano stabilizer provided by the invention is mild in process condition, good in repeatability and convenient for industrial amplification. In addition, the nano stabilizer is further applied to a passive skin anaphylaxis model, and a new strategy is provided for preparing the long-term and safe nano stabilizer with a targeting function.
