Urushiol /ʊˈruːʃi.ɒl/ is an oily mixture of organic compounds with allergenic properties found in plants of the family Anacardiaceae, especially Toxicodendron spp. (e.g., poison oak, Chinese lacquer tree, poison ivy, poison sumac) and also in parts of the mango tree.

Preparation method for benzoxazine intermediate and synthetic resin of intermediate

The invention discloses a preparation method for a benzoxazine intermediate and a synthetic resin of the intermediate. The method comprises the following steps: adding 2 to 2.4 parts by mol of an aldehyde solution with a mass percent of 35 to 40% and 1 part to 1.2 parts by mol of primary amine compounds into 80 to 120 parts by mol of an organic solvent, controlling reaction temperature to be no more than 30 DEG C, adjusting the pH value of an obtained mixture to be 7 to 14, maintaining the mixture at a constant temperature for 30 minutes, adding 1 part by mol of urushiol, heating an obtained mixture to a temperature of 90 DEG C, allowing the mixture to react for 5 to 10 hours, carrying out vacuum distillation on a reaction solution, dissolving a product with a fat-soluble solvent, rinsing the product 3 to 5 times, carrying out drying after removal of the solvents so as to obtain the desired benzoxazine intermediate, and curing the benzoxazine intermediate in an electrothermostat at different stages. According to the invention, the considerable advantages of a simple synthetic method, easily available raw materials, low cost, low viscosity, a liquid state at normal temperature and suitability for industrial production are achieved; polymerized polybenzoxazine has excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties.

Method for preparing modified graphene applicable to epoxy resin

The invention discloses a method for preparing modified graphene applicable to epoxy resin. According to the method, green renewable Chinese lacquer tree extract urushiol or cashew nut shell extract cardanol is used as a main raw material, and unsaturated double bonds on the long side chain of the main raw material and fatty acid are enabled to be subjected to an epoxidation reaction, so that urushiol glycidyl ether or cardanol glycidyl ether with a phenolic hydroxyl group can be obtained; the urushiol glycidyl ether or the cardanol glycidyl ether is used as a reducing agent and a modifier forgraphene oxide, so that the modified graphene which contains a large amount of long carbon chains and epoxy groups on the surface and has good dispersity in epoxy resin can be obtained. The method provided by the invention adopts the natural renewable compounds, i.e., the urushiol and the cardanol as the main raw materials, and has the characteristics of being environment-friendly, simple in process, low in production cost and the like, thus being easy to popularize and use. The modified graphene prepared by the method has good compatibility in the epoxy resin, improves the interfacial adhesion of a graphene/epoxy resin composite material, and can significantly improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the epoxy resin.

Food-grade urushiol-based tung oil composite coating and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a food-grade urushiol-based tung oil composite coating and a preparation method thereof. The food-grade urushiol-based tung oil composite coating is prepared by mixing urushioland tung oil according to a mass ratio of 7: 3, adding an antibacterial agent, a mildew inhibitor and a drier, and mechanically stirring and mixing at room temperature. According to the invention, the comprehensive use performance of the urushiol is improved by using the tung oil, so that the obtained food-grade urushiol-based tung oil composite coating can be thermally cured to form a film within 30 minutes at the temperature of 120 DEG C, the impact resistance of the coating is improved to 60 cm, the flexibility is improved to 3 mm, and the alkali resistance (25% sodium hydroxide solution)is improved to 40 days. In addition, the high-temperature heat resistance of the composite coating is improved, the antibacterial rate of the coating is up to 99%, the mildew resistance is up to level0, and the total mobility of trichloromethane, the consumption of potassium permanganate and the content of heavy metals all reach the national food grade material standard, so that the composite coating can be used in the fields of paint ware and handicraft products such as tire stripper, wooden food boxes and the like.

The invention relates to controllably and reversibly crosslinked urushiol resin and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the controllably and reversibly crosslinked urushiol resin comprises the following steps: dissolving urushiol resin or a urushiol derivative and reversible crosslinking agent diallyl disulfide in a diluent in the mass ratio being 100:1-100:30, and uniformly stirring the substances to obtain the controllably and reversibly crosslinked urushiol resin. According to the controllably and reversibly crosslinked urushiol resin, content of carbon-carbon double bonds (C=C) in the resin can be changed by controlling dose of diallyl disulfide under ultraviolet irradiation, that is, controllable free radical crosslinking polymerization of the urushiol resin is realized by controlling content of free radicals. After crosslinking polymerization of the resin, reversible crosslinking functionalization of the urushiol resin can be realized by means of the characteristic that disulfide bonds in diallyl disulfide can be oxidized under the condition of a strong base into mercapto groups to be broken. The controllably and reversibly crosslinked urushiol resin is applicable to the fields of paint technology automation technique, additive manufacturing technique, raw lacquer coating, raw lacquer pigment and the like.
