The invention provides a method for preparing a reversible thermally induced nano-emulsion under the condition of no addition of a surfactant. The method is based on a two-phase liquid system comprising a first liquid phase and a second liquid phase which are immiscible, and the vapor of the first liquid phase is dissolved in the second liquid phase by heating to a temperature sufficient to vaporize the first liquid phase to form a homogeneous mixture; the system is then cooled to a temperature below the saturation point of the first liquid phase in the second liquid phase, thereby inducing nucleation of the first liquid phase in the second liquid phase to form nanodroplets, resulting in a thermally induced nanoemulsion. The nano-emulsion can be decomposed and recovered into an original two-phase liquid system when being heated again, the reversible and controllable nano-emulsion preparation method is achieved through repeated heating-cooling steps, and the preparation method is suitable for various thermal response type intelligent conveying systems and other application scenes.

The invention discloses nano-particles with AIE characteristics and application of the nano-particles in LSD1 inhibitor detection, and belongs to the field of LSD1 inhibitor screening. The preparation method of the nanoparticles comprises the following steps: dissolving TPE powder in chromatographically pure CH2Cl2 to obtain an oil phase solution; the method comprises the following steps: dissolving recombinant H3K9me2 polypeptide in ultrapure water to obtain a water phase solution; mixing and stirring the water-phase solution and the oil-phase solution to form a primary emulsion, and ultrasonically crushing the primary emulsion to obtain a nano-emulsion; stirring and nitrogen blowing are synchronously carried out with the nano-emulsion, the organic solvent is removed, and an AIENP suspension is obtained; and filtering the AIENP suspension, and carrying out centrifugal purification to obtain the nano-particles with AIE characteristics. The method comprises the following steps: pre-incubating LSD1 and a gradient concentration LSD1 inhibitor, adding the pre-incubated LSD1 and gradient concentration LSD1 inhibitor into an AIENP system, detecting fluorescence intensity, calculating to obtain the IC50 value of the LSD1 inhibitor, and verifying the feasibility of the system for screening the LSD1 inhibitor.
