The application relates to a preparation method of natural
cyclic lipopeptide nano-encapsulates with high
oil content, and the steps are as follows: natural emulsifiers,
glycerol, oil and water are weighed, the natural emulsifiers comprise
sodium subtilipetrol and polyglycerol-10 oleate; the natural emulsifiers and the
glycerol are mixed and heated and stirred, the oil is added after being dissolved, and a gel phase is obtained; water is added to the gel phase until the gel phase is completely dispersed, and natural
cyclic lipopeptide nano-encapsulates are obtained. The compounding and synergistic effect of the
sodium subtilipetrol and the polyglycerol-10 oleate is used in the application, compared with two single emulsifiers, the oil loading content is improved and the particle size is reduced. The natural nano-
emulsion with high
oil content prepared by the application has the advantages of low emulsifier dosage, simple process,
small particle size (less than 600 nm), high
oil content (more than 20%) of the prepared nano-
emulsion, strong stability, high active substance loading content, good penetration effect and the like, is suitable for most liquid oils, and has high application value in the field of
cosmetics.
