[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD

[0003] The invention is framed in the cleaning products industry, more specifically in products with surfactant effect for removing dirt, whether on smooth or porous surfaces, fabrics, among others.

[0004] BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART.

[0005] The present invention corresponds to an active principle of universal detergence and a method for its elaboration.

[0006] The invention only uses environmentally friendly components, favoring the incorporation of biodegradable surfactants to which we apply nanotechnology, transforming and enhancing the physicochemical properties of chemistry in this state of matter, which allows us to conform the created micelles to be of small size, achieving a nano scale, which favors the penetration of particles and increase of the contact area, which promotes that micelles are inserted into the dirt facilitating their removal and cleaning.

[0007] Likewise, the present invention allows the incorporation of ingredients that at a normal size cannot be mixed due to their tendency to destabilize and lose their properties over time, so that a nanoemulsion allows us to leave stabilize the natural compounds avoiding effects of volatilization, oxidation, precipitation, etc. separation, among others that reduce the quality, stability and efficiency of a natural active ingredient, sedimentation that completely lead to the separation of phases and destabilization of a product in short times which make its stability unfeasible over time without external agents.

[0008] In order to demonstrate the importance of the present invention, a previous art search was carried out and then a summary of the most relevant documents for the analysis of patentability is presented.

[0032] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0033] A high performance nanotechnological surface active composition for incorporation in formulations of cleaning products such as: Multi-purpose disinfectant cleaner, cleaning floors, degreasers, textile detergents, among other homecare applications’

[0034] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0035] The present invention refers to a high-performance multi-purpose detergence composition, which uses nanotechnology to create a more effective and sustainable solution in cleaning various types of surfaces, including its method of preparation that involves a sophisticated creation of nanomicelles in a cleaning matrix through high technology.

[0036] The detergent composition includes several active components, such as surfactants, adjuvants, stabilizers and solvents that play a key role in their effectiveness.

[0037] The essential components of this invention are selected from: Citrus terpenes such as D- limonene or any other homologable citric terpene, stearic acids, polysorbates, short-chain alcohols also called polyalcohols and water. More specifically, stearic acids are selected from: Span 80 (Sorbitan monooleate, span 40 (Sorbitan monopalmitate), Span 60 (Sorbitan monostearate), and preferably polysorbates are selected from: Tween 40 (Polysorbate 40), Tween 80 (Polysorbate 80), Tween 20 (Polysorbate 20). Regarding polyalcohols, they are selected from: Glycerin, diethylene glycol, hexylene glycol, propylene glycol and butylene glycol.

[0038] Homologable citrus terpenes are selected from: L-limonene, beta terpinene, alpha terpinene, alpha pinene, citronellal, beta pinene, linalol, terpineol, myrcene, essential oil of orange, whose invention technique was applied using each of these homologables, obtaining a standardized performance of the invention by using any of these components as part of the pre-phase, so the nanotechnology technique for the formation of cleansing nanomicelles is globalized for the whole group of citrus terpenes listed, but in order to describe the invention, we oriented ourselves on mentioning as an example D-limonene as for all the processes described.

[0039] Similarly, the composition of the invention includes its incorporation based on cofactors of cleaning formulation that involves: Organic chelating agents, solubilizers, aromas, colors, antimicrobials, among others, where the composition of the invention is stable and maintains its characteristics. In order to demonstrate the inventive level is that a method for synergy assessment was selected. In this case, the solubility index of HLB (Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance), HLB was used to determine the hydrophilic or lipophilic character of the emulsifiers. For the calculation of HBL the following equation was used:

[0040] % (B) = 100 - % ( )

[0041] HLB measures the relative force between the hydrophilic and hydrophobic end of the surfactant molecule. Thus, surfactants that form aqueous / oleous (A / O) emulsions tend to have low HLB while those with high HLB tend to form oleous / aqueous (O / A) emulsions.

[0042] The invention, in the first aspect corresponds to a surfactant composition, where this composition includes surfactants of sorbitan esters, polysorbates and biobased citrus terpenes, all of which are food grade ingredients and / or USP, as exemplified in Table N° 1.

[0043] Table N°1 : Qualitative Nanotensoactive formula of the composition of the invention

[0044] The compounds included in the composition of the invention comprise layers that correspond to 3 types of nano-emulsifying structures: a) Fast-acting nanocapsules: Encapsulation of citrus terpenes with non-ionic surfactant

[0045] The composition comprises about 30% of non-ionic surfactant of polysorbate or polysorbate esters as the main surfactant, more than 30% and up to 60% of citrus terpenes as encapsulated agent and 20% solvent phase or as co-surfactant based on propylene glycol esters, that promote the inverse conformation in phase A / O (aqueous I oleous) not more than 5% of the aqueous phase. b) Empty Nanomicelles: Mixture of 2 non-ionic surfactants The composition may contain at least 65% and up to 80% of non-ionic surfactant of the type polysorbate or polysorbate esters, which must contain in its remaining percentage a surfactant of the same type, but of different chemistry, either tween or non-ionic span, fulfilling the role of co-surfactant for the reverse conformation of nanoemulsion c) Prolonged effect nanoemulsion: Incorporation of phase 1 in phase 2

[0046] The composition comprises at least 50%, at least 20% surfactant polysorbate esters, at least 6% polysorbate complementary ionic phase, together with at least 20% glycerol-type solvent.

[0047] Homogenizing and pre-homogenizing equipment used in the nanoemulsion production process must have certain selection criteria. The parameters to take into account in this invention are: Power, capacity, spade design and other equipment conditions that will give us thermal stability, ease of cleaning, repeatability and configurability necessary.

[0048] In another aspect of the invention is considered the method for the elaboration of the composition of the invention. This method is characterized by generating nanoemulsion with layers for a slow and controlled release.

[0049] The method of the present invention consists of 3 steps of forming phases: a) Mix by simple stirring each phase of ingredients in a universal homogenizing type. b) Apply pre-homogenization 3000- 7500 rpm I time < 2 min at phase as appropriate. c) Apply ultrasonic homogenization between 70- 90% power (21- 27 kHz), 2-42 min total work (10 s- 5 min on / off) to phase as appropriate.

[0050] Steps a - c of the method applies to each of the phases that make up the composition of the invention. More specifically, the composition of the invention comprises 2 phases, which are prepared as a first mixture and a second mixture.

[0051] 1 . Preparation of first mixture: First the homogeneous mixture with simple stirring of citrus terpenes + polysorbates + polyalcohols is carried out, obtaining a first mixture. This first mixture is subjected to a pre-homogenization and homogenization process with the aim of generating a first phase, to be reserved for later use.

[0052] 2. Preparation Second mixture: The mixture of non-ionic surfactants is carried out in proportion of 80% maximum of polysorbates and a maximum of 20% of sorbitan esters, and a simple premixture is performed without considering steps of pre-homogenization and homogenization achieving the initial conformation of empty micelles. Once this mixture is ready, we proceed to add solvent or co-surfactant phase composed of a maximum of 20% of base type esters of propylene glycol or glycerols together with a maximum of 5% of water (Table N°9).

[0053] 3. Incorporation of phases: Incorporate drop by drop the first mixture into the second mixture, where this incorporation is made using prehomogenization, with a processing time starting when the complete incorporation of the first mixture into the second mixture is completed in a percentage of 50-65% of the first incorporated mixture drop by drop in 35-50% of the second mixture. After pre-homogenization, the process culminates in final homogenization to the conditions established in the present invention.

[0054] EXAMPLES

[0055] 1. Method of elaborating a detergent composition according to the invention

[0056] The initial pre-homogenization requires continuous stirring throughout the process, using a power between 3000 and 7500 rpm for a time greater than or equal to 3 min as detailed in Table N°6, where repeating the cycle can be considered.

[0057] Table No. 2: Parameters and variables of the pre-homogenization process

[0058] Regarding the subsequent high-energy homogenization process, the power variable of the homogenizer can be used in an interval between 70-90 %, where if the working frequency of the equipment is 30 kHz, its power or working range shall be between 21 and 27 kHz respectively, the use of which shall be carried out using on / off working cycles, it can contain between 3 and 15 process cycles with times that can fluctuate between 2 and 42 min depending on the volume to be treated and estimated working conditions in Table N°2. Table N°3: High energy homogenization process parameters and variables.

[0059] It is important to note that the ingredients mentioned in tables N°4 and 5 are just an example of how conformations can be made, not excluding the use of their counterparts to create the conformations mentioned in this invention.

[0060] Table N°4: Conformation first mixture

[0061] Table N°5: Conformation second mixture

[0062] Then, the first mixture is combined with the second mixture drop by drop, which is made using prehomogenization to the established conditions, which process time in equipment begins when the complete incorporation of the first mixture in the second mixture is finished.

[0063] _ 2. ACCELERATED STABILITY; UTILITY LIFE FORMULATION _

[0064] The prepared nanoemulsions have a homogeneous visual appearance and without indications of any destabilization mechanism. It should be noted that all solutions do not have opacity and are within an optimal turbidity range.

[0065] The composition has been studied and validated under CIPAC MT 46.3 methodology, which allows for accelerated real-time stability of the composition of the invention, no destabilization, precipitation, color changes (by oxidation), or loss of removal activity.

[0066] Accelerated stability tests were performed on two sets of concentrated nanomicelles, which is the format of the active substance, which was subjected to different temperatures, 45°C ± 2°C for 3 weeks, 40°C ± 2°C for 4 weeks, 35°C ± 2°C for 6 weeks, 30°C ± 2°C for 9 weeks.

[0067] Table 14 presents the evolution of physicochemical parameters over time, without deviations, thus qualifying the composition of the invention as an active principle of stable removal and with an initial shelf life of 1 year.

[0068] Table N°6: Accelerated stability tests Active principle: From the composition of the invention

[0069] > 3. PERFORMANCE ACTIVE PRINCIPLE OF REMOVAL

[0070] All tests conform to good laboratory practice, using equipment conforming to global quality standards ISO, ASTM, among others such as NCh-ISO / IEC 17025 LE 1392 and LE 1469

[0071] Automatic Abrasion Tests

[0072] The effectiveness of nanoemulsion of the composition of the invention was evaluated with multifunction abrasion scrubbing tester equipment, which was used with standard heads ASTM D4828 and ISO 11998 that includes wet abrasion, cleaning ability and rubbing test.

[0073] The equipment simulates manual action when cleaning a surface, where through a standard abrasion sponge BGD1187 with standard weight head ASTM D4828, the speed, cleaning path and amount of liquid injected are controlled. The surfaces tested in the studio are mainly Ceramic, Melamine, Stainless Steel, Glass, Granite, quartz which are the most common surfaces of the home, which applied a standardized and quantified stain / dirt: Tomato sauce, porridge, chocolate sauce and I or burger fat as the case may be, which is fixed by drying to ambient conditions for 3 days so that dirt can adhere and harden on the surface making it difficult to exit. Depending on the category to be evaluated, dirt increases in difficulty of removal when its objective is degreasing, where fresh or aged ambient dirt is baked at 180°C for 5 to 15 min in order to apply different dirt standards.

[0074] The testing equipment only fulfills the function of standardizing cleaning so that all tests on the different products and concentrations do not have variability of application , since cleaning is a very subjective value, not always the same force is applied, the same times of cleaning, type of stain / dirt and amount of product applied, making it difficult to deliver quantifiable parameters with manual cleaning, that is why we created a visual inspection scale that classifies the product according to how it is on the post-cleaning surface, as shown in Table N°6.

[0075] Table N°7: Quantification scale Visual effectiveness of removal stains on surfaces

[0076] In all tests, 0.3 g of standard dirt is applied to a surface plate to be evaluated clean and dry, and then to apply dirt standardization.

[0077] The cleaning process begins in BGD 528 WET testing equipment with a sponge and standardized weight of 1 plus ml desired approximately of active ingredient removal of the composition of the invention in different concentrations.

[0078] Once the different cleaning tests have been carried out, the visual review of removal obtained is quantified and valued to evaluate the cleaner the surface after cleaning with tester.

[0079] This same test was carried out on different commercial samples that currently have the market categories, with the aim of validating that the composition of the invention has a technical advantage with respect to the commercially available formulations. These selected brands were Virutex, Poett, Lysol, Mrs Meyers, Decutec, Blueland, Mr Musculo, Kh-7, Dr. Beckman, Windex.

[0080] Once the dirt test is performed, the following scale of initial removal of the use of active substance from the composition of the invention is obtained (Table No. 8)

[0081] Table 8: Visual Quantification of Removal Efficiency Scale of Invention Composition 0.3% at 4 V / S Commercial Category

[0082] All the cleaning tests carried out were quantified according to the scale shown in Table N°14, obtaining a ranking of the performance of removal of the nanotensoactive of the composition of the invention in different concentrations on commercial formulations tested under the same conditions to categorize removal efficiency with a market standard using Tester BGD 528 WET.

[0083] This test allows us to classify the composition of the invention for use as a multipurpose cleaner against commercial standards finding that at percentages between 0.3 and 0.6 % the nanosurfactant has a removal effect in a standard market range, where concentrations exceed 0.7 % exceed the commercial standard obtaining in effect removal over the market.

[0084] Percentages higher than 0.7 to 1%, result in a very efficient profile and far above what is currently available in the multipurpose classification, approaching the commercial performance of more specific products such as degreasers or kitchen cleaners.

[0085] On the other hand, it should be noted that the categories of commercial cleaning are achieved with a higher percentage of surfactant such as:

[0086] 1 - Floor Cleaner 1-3% surfactants

[0087] 2- Multi-purpose cleaner 3-10% surfactant 3- Degreaser 10-15% surfactants

[0088] If we take this relationship of traditional surfactants by category, we can clearly see that the use of nanosurfactant of the composition of the invention needs approximately 10 times less product to obtain the same removal results with commercial products.

[0089] 4. Abrasion tests Tester BGD 528 WET combined with tristimulus colorimetry quantification

[0090] In order to obtain a more precise quantification of the removal efficiency of our Technology, new tests of removal efficiency were carried out using equipment BGD 528 WET abrasion scrub tester in conjunction with tristimulus colorimeter in order to measure the surface luminosity.

[0091] To do this, luminosity measurements must be quantified on surfaces at different points in the process, such as:

[0092] Initial measurement white surface without residue and clean (LI)

[0093] Measuring surface with dirt (LS)

[0094] Measurement Post cleaning surface in tester (LL)

[0095] These 3 measuring points will allow us to calculate the percentage of removal by applying the following formula: 100

[0096] All measurements were made by five-fold, and these were made both in our technology and in commercial reference products obtaining the following results (Table N°9)

[0097] Table 9: Visual Quantification of Removal Efficiency Scale of Invention Composition 0.3% at 4 V / S Commercial Category

[0098] With the above we can conclude that nanotensioactives formulated from the composition of the invention has a great power of removal against resistant dirt, where the tests show that the invention exceeds in low % both floor cleaner, multipurpose, and commercial degreasers. The reduced use of invention composition is highlighted, whose active ingredient in use fluctuated between 0.3% and 0.9% versus 3% to 15% of surfactants that use commercial categories to achieve a similar removal result. In all the concentrations used, the composition of the invention exceeded commercial products, noting that percentages of use over 1% of the composition of the invention result in a performance higher than the market being left out of categories, so it is affirmed through these tests that with only 1 % of the composition of the invention, similar results are obtained that category of top of line, which is formulated with more than 15% active surface active matter.

[0099] 5. Performance evaluation of removal on other stains

[0100] Likewise, it is highlighted that the tests of cleansing action for the composition of the invention were carried out on other stains such as ketchup, chocolate sauce, burger fat, porridge and yogurt in 2 formats dry for 24-48 and baked for 15 min at 180°C, in order to quantify percentage of removal by abrasion equipment and colorimetry differentials in different dirt. The results are presented in Table No. 19 listed below:

[0101] Table N°10: Quantification % Nanotensoactive removal of the composition of the invention on standardized spots

[0102] Through these postulated tests, the efficiency of removal of the composition of the invention on different dirt is confirmed, working in percentages of 0.8% over the performance of a commercial degreasing product in various stains, by % of removal obtained by differential colorimetry, removal percentages over 87% are achieved for all stains positioning in average removal with a percentage of 94%.

[0103] Similarly, these same test batteries were built to make a performance comparison of the different commercial categories: Floor, multipurpose and degreasing fronts to our performance of the composition of the invention of categorized use. Data were processed and 3 categorization Figures were made.

[0104] Through the Figure N°1 we can validate that with a use of 0.5% of nanotensoactive the composition of the invention balance efficiency of removal of commercial standard floor, making use of a minimum percentage of nanosurfactant of the composition of the invention over what occupies commercial line floor, whose percentages are around 1-3%.

[0105] For our case, thanks to the composition of the invention and the techniques used for its elaboration, it is possible to stabilize base formulation cofactors with the composition of the invention not lowering performance, on the contrary, in all cases there is an improvement or maintenance of the mixed system.

[0106] In Figure N°2 we can validate that with a use of 0.75% nanotensoactive of the composition of the invention we balance removal efficiency of commercial multipurpose standard, making use of a minimum percentage of nanosurfactant of the composition of the invention over what occupies the multipurpose commercial line, whose percentages are around 3-10%.

[0107] It should be noted that Figure N°2 also includes proof of incorporation of the active substance of the composition of the invention in 1 synergistic system ( includes its incorporation on the basis of cofactors of cleaning formulation that implies: Organic chelating agents, solubilizers, aromas, colors, antimicrobials, antimicrobials, etc.). among others, where the composition of the invention is stable and maintains its characteristics), with the aim of continuing to demonstrate enhancing effect when used in mixed systems, maintaining synergistic behavior of incorporation when entering in base formula of multipurpose cleaning cofactors. Figure N°3 shows that with a use of 1 % of nanotensoactive of the composition of the invention we balance efficacy of removal of commercial degreasing standard, making use of a minimum percentage of nanosurfactant of the composition of the invention over what occupies the commercial line degreasing, whose percentages are around 10-15 %.

[0108] With the above it is validated that the present invention has an enhancing effect of between x5 and x15 depending on the final performance required.

[0109] Table N°11

[0110] 6. Evaluation of visual performance post-cleaning surfaces

[0111] The aim of cleaning should not only remove the dirt or stain attached, but also the surface must be left with a cleaning visual, offering qualities such as:

[0112] Surface without stains

[0113] Bright Surface

[0114] Clean Feeling

[0115] To quantify this, manual cleaning test was carried out, where in addition to the removal power, the post-cleaning surface was evaluated, with the aim of quantifying the aspects that affect the cleaning visual using the following measurement parameters:

[0116] Table No. 12: Measurement table Visual parameters

[0117] Applying the parameters of table N°20 was evaluated and quantified the final visual obtained in surfaces post cleaning.

[0118] For this, the surfaces previously stained with standardized dirt were taken and cleaned with nanotensoactive of the composition of the invention at different percentages, once clean it was quantified how bright, stained the surface is.

[0119] Once the tests have been carried out, through Table N°21 we can conclude that the commercial products do not all meet the profile of giving a real feeling of cleanliness, brightness and leave the surface unstained, of the 6 profiles evaluated none meets the maximum rating profile 5 / 5 / 5.

[0120] Table No. 13: Results Tests Visual Quantification of Post Cleaning Surfaces with Commercial Products

[0121] Table No. 14: Results Tests Visual Quantification of Post-Cleaning Surfaces with Scale of Invention Composition 1% Use at 6%

[0122] Once the tests have been carried out, Table N°21 and 22 shows that of the commercial multipurpose products not all comply with the profile of giving a real feeling of cleanliness, brightness and leave the surface unstained, only 1 of the 6 evaluated meets the maximum rating profile 5 / 5 / 5. The same case happens for degreasing products where a noticeable decrease in brightness and feeling of surface cleaning is observed, which is not homologable to not remove well, only that they leave a residual effect that may be necessary a rinse for excess surfactant.

[0123] Performance of Brightness

[0124] The brightness is determined by Glossmeter or 3-angle brilliometer manufactured under the standards ISO2813 and GB / T 9754, which can simultaneously measure the brightness of surfaces in 3 different types of angles: 20°, 60° and 85°, however, it is necessary to determine which of the angles will be appropriate and that will depend on the type of surface.

[0125] The value delivered by the equipment in the 60° measurement is determined to determine what type of surface is being worked. If the result is between 10-70 Gil, the object in question is considered semi-bright and the measuring angle of 60° is appropriate, if the result is greater than 70 Gil, the surface is considered high brightness and must be measured at the angle of 20°, if the result is less than 10 Gil, the surface is considered matt and should be measured at the angle of 85°.

[0126] Once the degree of measurement has been determined, the surface is subjected to a measurement at the corresponding angle, by triplicate. The surface is then cleaned with the product to be analyzed, under conditions determined and established by the test laboratory, and then measured again with the glitter meter by triplicate. The averages of both measurements are obtained and the difference in brightness is calculated, either positively or negatively.

[0127] A set of different measurements by triplicate was made to determine if a clean surface, if it is cleaned again with technology of the composition of the invention, this surface will enhance its brightness on conventional commercial cleaners performing the same action.

[0128] Los. Commercial products evaluated are: Poett, Kh-7 Multi-purpose and Glass, Mr. Meyers, Lysol, blueland, virutex, decutec

[0129] The results show a significant increase in surface brightness when using the active ingredient of the composition of the invention., over market products, as shown in Table 15.

[0132] Manual cleaning of different surfaces such as: Epoxy Floor, Thermoforming, Stainless Steel, Ceramic Wall, Ceramic Floor and Granite to evaluate its visual performance after cleaning and the variability of this cleaning is not affected by the type of material to be cleaned.

[0133] To quantify this, manual cleaning test was carried out, where in addition to the removal power, the post-cleaning surface was evaluated, with the aim of quantifying the aspects that affect the cleaning visual using the following measurement parameters:

[0134] Table No. 16: Measurement table Visual parameters

[0135] As can be seen in Figure N°4 to 9 that cleaning is kept constant between different cleaning surfaces when using the composition of the invention, which is represented by the variables brightness and stains, where if the surface has more stains it will be dirtier and will be brighter if it is cleaner.

[0136] When comparing Figure N°4 and 5 we see that between surfaces there is variability of parameters brightness and stains, where for the composition of the invention they remain constant in their values from the beginning.

[0137] Figures 6 to 9 also follow this trend of greater scale variability between surfaces using the same cleaning product, so the surfactants used do not work the same on all surfaces.

[0138] It must be considered that there are commercial products that have a variability of 2 to 3 points only changing the surfaces to be cleaned, whose tendency does not pass in the composition of the invention remaining constant between surfaces with a maximum variability of 0.5.

[0139] 8. PERFORMANCE OF TEXTILE DETERGENCE

[0140] It is intended to validate in this section the power of detergence of the present invention applied in textiles, for which it proceeds to test performance of removal of the composition of the invention.

[0141] To perform this test, a set of fabrics with standardized dirt was washed, and once the washing time was complete, the automatic abrasion and colorimetry method was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the removal of stains, where changes in the reflectance of the light of the fabric are measured before and after washing. In this way, the removal of dirt is quantified and compared with a reference value (e.g., a standard detergent) to evaluate the performance of the commercial detergent under test.

[0142] The tests were carried out on 4 types of fabric: gabardine, cotton, poplin, poplin. The fabrics to be studied are virgin for an initial reference of whiteness, the fabrics must be measured in terms of colorimetry to be our initial target, after this measurement the fabrics were treated with 0.5 g of standardized dirt of 3 types: Chocolate, ketchup, wine, fixed for 48 h, to generate more attached stains.

[0143] Once the dirty fabrics are ready, they are entered into a portable lab test machine of a capacity of 5 liters, which is operated in medium setting adding 5 ml of detergence product to be evaluated.

[0144] The load begins with 20 min of washing process to the fabrics in which time the fabrics are homogenized in the washing waters, releasing dirt and making interaction with the surfactants.

[0145] Once the washing time of the fabrics in washing machine is completed, we can conclude that the composition of the invention can be used in textile detergence to be incorporated as an asset of removal, since it has a good percentage of removal compared to the products of market detergence used, as evidenced by Table No. 17.

[0146] Table N°17: Textile Detergence Performance

[0147] From Table N°17 we can conclude that the composition of the invention has a removal performance in textiles greater than 80% in almost all stains and types of fabric tested, surpassing in several tests commercial base detergents. These results show that only the active ingredient of the composition of the invention is being tested by itself v / s specific detergence formulations that already have all the necessary cofactors to promote whiteness in fabrics, among others.

[0148] It should be mentioned that the best detergence behavior occurred in poplin with removal percentages close to 90%, where the most difficult stains to remove from the different fabrics were ketchup and wine.

[0149] Likewise, curves were constructed for each dirt evaluated in the different fabrics testing different detergence agents, obtaining in this Figures N°8 to 10.

[0150] From Figures 18.19 and 20 it can be concluded that removal profile in fabrics of the composition of the invention is in a similar commercial range to other agents already used for this industry.

[0151] The percentage of removal of stains or dirt in commercial detergents depends on several factors such as the effectiveness of the detergent, the type of stains and the conditions under which the washing process is subjected (temperature, time, stirring, etc.).

[0152] There is no single percentage of removal that can be applied to all commercial detergents, as each product has a different formulation and performance. However, well-formulated detergents can usually achieve effective stain removal, which can range from 70% to 95%, or even more in some cases.

[0153] With all the above, the composition of the invention could be classified as a good active principle in terms of detergence, considering that it is achieving a percentage of stain removal over 75% without including additional cofactors, which are common in formulated detergents.

[0154] 9. SYNERGY COMPONENTS The components of each phase play a crucial role in the formation of the nanoemulsion and its stability, adding that each of the ingredients chosen for this formulation the idea is that they enhance each other.

[0155] A breakdown of how each component contributes to synergy, is shown:

[0156] Phase 1 :

[0157] 1 - HomoIogable citrus terpenes such as D-limonene: It is the main cleansing and degreasing agent in the formulation. It also provides a natural citrus aroma.

[0158] 2- Non-ionic surfactants homoIogable as Tween 40: Stabilizes emulsion and solubilizes D-limonene in water.

[0159] 3- Polyalcohols homoIogable as glycerin: It is a moisturizer and co-solvent that helps to solubilize the other ingredients, improve hydration and conditioning.

[0160] 4- Water: It is the most common solvent in emulsions and acts as a diluent and medium for mixing and solubilizing the other ingredients.

[0161] Phase 2:

[0162] 5- Homologoble non-ionic surfactants such as Span 80: It is a lipophilic non-ionic surfactant that stabilizes the emulsion and contributes to the formation of micelles.

[0163] 6- Homologoble non-ionic surfactants such as Tween 20: It is a hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant that also helps in the stabilization and formation of micelles.

[0164] Phase 3:

[0165] Phase 3 is the result of combining Phase 2 and Phase 1 , making the complete incorporation of the first mixture into the second mixture in a percentage of 50-65% of the first incorporated mixture drop by drop in 35-50%% of the second mixture. This mixture promotes proper emulsification and nanoemulsion stability. By combining them in this way, a uniform distribution of the components is achieved in the nanoemulsion, which in turn allows the product to work effectively and synergistically.

[0166] In short, each component in the different phases contributes to the function and stability of the nanoemulsion, and they work together to improve the efficiency of the final product. This synergy is key to achieving an effective and suitable nanoemulsion for use in various applications.

[0167] Similarly, with the aim of validating the synergy of each of the components and of the same technology used to enhance functionality, we proceeded to perform the evaluation of removal performance with automatic abrasion tester mentioned above in test methodology used to validate performance of the composition of the invention.

[0168] This performance test was carried out for each ingredient used and its different combinations, with the aim of proving that the removal performance is enhanced in each step and I or incorporation performed.

[0169] Each test was carried out using a percentage of 0.8% of each ingredient to dilute and use as a surface cleaner, where previously each surface is prepared with a standardized dirt to be removed.

[0170] In this way Tween 40, D-limonene and Glycerin were tested alone as if they were a removal agent obtaining 24.9%, 72.03%, 24.6% respectively in whose exercise no sample achieved complete removal of dirt.

[0171] The same ingredients were tested but in their different possible mixtures, as evidenced in Table N°28, in whose tests it is demonstrated that the different mixtures between the components fail to exceed the removal performance obtained in the pre phase of active principle of the composition of the invention.

[0172] The percentages achieved in these mixtures fluctuate between 59 -72% not achieving in any case complete removal of dirt versus pre phase of the composition of the invention that achieves a removal 99.5%On top of that, the removal of dirt was achieved at 100% which was not achieved in the other tests, classifying prephase of the composition of the invention as the most efficient sample, as reflected in the following table.

[0173] Table No. 18: Removal performance: Ingredients in its pre-phase synergy; initial incorporation

[0174] In the same way it was tested initial pre-phase of the composition of the invention proceeded to perform the test for the next phase that composes the composition of the invention.

[0175] For this conformation, the pre phase synergy of the composition of the invention was evaluated with the remaining ingredients of the formula including tween 20, Span 80, glycerin. The ingredients not tested by themselves, tween 20 and Span 80, were evaluated obtaining removal percentages of 63.9 and 69.95 respectively, which values are below the removal standard obtained by pre-phase of the composition of the invention.

[0176] Then these same ingredients were tested, including glycerin and evaluated in their different possible mixtures, among them and with pre phase of the composition of the invention as evidenced in Table N°29, in which tests the same synergistic behavior of the components and the different mixtures made is demonstrated, however, none reaches the performance obtained by the composition of the invention.

[0177] Table No. 19: Removal performance: Ingredients in its synergy formation of the composition of the invention

[0178]

[0179] When reviewing the removal percentages obtained by pre-phase of the composition of the invention and of the composition of the invention corresponding to 99.51 and 99.88, the delta of greater removal is very small to the naked eye , however, it is important to identify the speed in achieving a result of 100% complete removal of dirt finding significant differences observing that from the composition of the invention i remove 100% of the dirt in fewer cleaning turns than pre phase, getting an excellent result in 25 laps on 48 laps that were obtained with pre phase.

[0180] Even observing synergy in the different mixtures made again none obtains a superior performance than the composition of the invention.

[0181] Table 29 shows the removal result for a cleaning product incorporated from the composition of the invention with the aim of demonstrating the synergy of the active substance coexisting within cleaning formulations which triggers a decrease in removal times, that from 25 rounds they drop to 19, achieving a faster removal.

[0182] Obtaining a good removal performance and detergent properties when mixing and incorporating surfactants based on homecare formulation, is a great challenge. This is because the different ingredients can interact in unpredictable ways, which can affect their effectiveness. Although we have a versatile chemistry to include in homecare formulations, this versatility does not give a synergy with other surfactants, being a great challenge to obtain a good removal performance and detergent properties when mixing.

[0183] Some possible reasons for the lack of synergy could include:

[0184] 1. Chemical incompatibility: Mixing surfactants can lead to electrostatic interactions, which are unfavorable and result in decreased surface activity and cleaning efficiency.

[0185] 2. Differences in chemical structure: The presence of different functional groups in different surfactants can affect their ability to interact with each other and with the surfaces to be cleaned.

[0186] 3. Concentration and proportion of surfactants: The proportions of surfactants in the mixture may affect synergy in terms of cleansing efficacy.

[0187] The nanoemulsion blend based on homecare formulation (cofactors) could improve the performance of the formulation in terms of cleaning, dispersion and stabilization. The synergy between nanoemulsion and cofactors can improve the properties of the surfactant mixture, including the reduction of interfacial tension, solubilization and emulsification of contaminants.

[0188] That is why the active principle of the composition of the invention is included in homecare base formulations with the aim of demonstrating the synergy exercised, as demonstrated in this document,

[0189] Tests were performed on more surfaces finding the same relationship of synergy, thus verifying the compatibility to incorporate the composition of the invention based on cofactors homecare promotes performance and I or stability of the medium.

[0190] With all the above exposed, summary Figures were constructed that show the curves and their performance trends.

[0191] Figure N°11 shows the clear tendency of synergy of the active ingredient in the pre initial phase of formation of the composition of the invention versus the components alone and in mixtures, showing the tendency to increase its performance as the ingredients are incorporated. It should be mentioned that there are ingredients that work as co-surfactant or stabilizer not fulfilling a 100% removal role.

[0192] Figure N°12 shows the clear tendency of synergy of the active principle of the composition of the invention versus the components alone and in mixtures, showing the tendency to increase its performance as the ingredients are incorporated as in the pre phase, showing an ascending curve.

[0193] Figure N°13 shows the main points where cleaning is complete removing everything, where we see a synergy in that as it is shaped of the composition of the invention it costs less time to remove 100% dirt, considering fewer cleaning turns, which is indicative of improvement and synergy of removal.

[0194] There are cases in which the curve does not present peaks, because not all components remove the dirt at 100%, only the synergies of PRE of the composition of the invention and the composition of the invention.

[0195] From Figures 2122 and 23 we can conclude that nanoemulsion of the composition of the invention can improve the synergy between different types of surfactants and potentially promote a better removal and detergent action in the mixture and or conformation alone. This is due to the unique characteristics of nanoemulsions, such as their extremely small particle size and high specific surface area.

[0196] The above mentioned is validated in Figure N°14 which shows a removal versus using the composition of the invention without its transformation to nanomicelles or nanoparticles v / s the composition of the invention with its conformation of nanomicelles, finding a significant improvement in its removal performance.

[0197] 10. EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCE REMOVAL POST STUDY _ STABILITY

[0198] The samples subjected to stability study were evaluated with the objective of quantifying whether under these conditions of accelerated stability the nanotensoactive of the composition of the invention loses removal efficiency according to temperature conditions for accelerated stability studies representative of one year as indicated in table N°32.

[0199] Table N°20: Temperature conditions for accelerated stability tests Products

[0200] Once the accelerated stability test at different times and temperatures has been completed, it is concluded that the active removal principle meets the necessary characteristics to fulfill a useful life of 1 year since the percentage of removal remains stable over time, as evidenced in Table N° 33. Table No. 21 : Stability of % of Nanotensoactive removal of the composition of the invention over time
