The application discloses application of phloretin in preparation of a medicine or a feed additive for treating or preventing porcine capsid virus infection, the medicine being phloretin or oral liquid, granules, tablets, powder prepared by adding a solvent or excipient with phloretin as an effective component, and a dosage being 2.5-10 mg / kg of pig body weight; or the phloretin being directly added into feed, and an adding amount being 0.01%-0.03% of the total weight of pig feed. The application takes phloretin or a composition containing phloretin as the medicine or the feed additive, is high in safety, free of toxic side effects, has a significant effect of inhibiting replication of capsid viruses such as porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus and African swine fever virus, reducing the virulence of porcine capsid virus, overcoming the disadvantages of possible immunization failure of vaccination and virus variation caused by use of antiviral drugs, effectively reducing the morbidity and mortality of piglets infected with porcine capsid virus, and having the effect of preventing and treating or preventing porcine capsid virus infection diseases.

The invention provides a phloretin-trilobatin co-amorphous substance and a solid dispersion thereof, and a preparation method and pharmaceutical application thereof. The two active ingredients of phloretin and trilobatin can be directly prepared into an amorphous substance under the condition of not using auxiliary materials, so that the solubility of phloretin and trilobatin is improved. On the basis, micromolecular sugar alcohol is further introduced, the solid dispersion is prepared under the condition that other auxiliary materials are not added, and the solubility of the two is more remarkably improved. The preparation process is simple, efficient, low in cost and easy to industrialize. The obtained product not only can enhance the water solubility of phloretin and trilobatin at the same time, has a better sweetener application prospect, but also shows good in-vitro blood fat reducing activity, and the phloretin and the trilobatin show a remarkable synergistic effect, so that a new strategy is provided for developing an efficient compound blood fat reducing preparation.

The invention discloses a formula for preventing and treating oral inflammation and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of formulas, the formula comprises the following components by weight: 90-100 parts of NHDC; 2 to 5 parts of proline; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of hesperetin; and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of phloretin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a certain amount of water, heating to 70-90 DEG C, stirring and dissolving NHDC, sequentially adding phloretin, hesperetin and proline, stirring for 2-4 hours, concentrating until the relative density is 1.0-1.5, and spray-drying to obtain the cocrystal structure. The formula provided by the invention is simple in components, low in cost and simple in preparation process; through a special preparation process, NHDC, proline, hesperetin and phloretin form a co-crystal structure, and the pharmaceutical composition has the effect of treating oral inflammation.
