According to the molecular marker obtained by amplifying the SSR primer, rapid and accurate identification of the butterfly orchid protospecies and the variant thereof can be realized, and protospecies and variant with similar phenotypes can be effectively distinguished, so that the efficiency and reliability of germplasm resource identification are remarkably improved. A chloroplast DNA fingerprint spectrum database constructed on the basis of the primer provides a standardized and sharable technical support for interspecific genetic diversity analysis, core germplasm screening, genetic relationship judgment and molecular marker-assisted breeding in phalaenopsis genus.
