186 results about "Inflorescence" patented technology

An inflorescence is a group or cluster of flowers arranged on a stem that is composed of a main branch or a complicated arrangement of branches. Morphologically, it is the modified part of the shoot of seed plants where flowers are formed. The modifications can involve the length and the nature of the internodes and the phyllotaxis, as well as variations in the proportions, compressions, swellings, adnations, connations and reduction of main and secondary axes. Inflorescence can also be defined as the reproductive portion of a plant that bears a cluster of flowers in a specific pattern.

Gene silencing method for inflorescence

The invention discloses an inflorescence gene silencing method which comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing a specific nucleotide fragment according to a target gene, and constructing the specific nucleotide fragment to a plant virus vector; introducing the constructed plant virus vector and the corresponding helper plasmid into the inflorescence; soaking the inflorescence in a metal chelating agent salt solution; and finally, screening to obtain plants with inflorescences subjected to target gene silencing. The chrysanthemum capitulum is selected as an infection object, the silencing method is optimized, the target gene silencing efficiency is remarkably improved, the phenotype detection period after infection is remarkably shortened, and the method is efficient, convenient and high in operability. Meanwhile, the method can effectively avoid the cross protection phenomenon of plants, overcomes the obstacle of limited transmission range of viral vectors, does not need to consider the problems of death and growth cycle of tissue culture seedlings or seedlings after infection, and provides a feasible means for rapid identification of chrysanthemum gene functions and large-scale development of chrysanthemum gene function research.

Papaya CpMp gene, protein, primer pair, recombinant expression vector and application

The invention provides a papaya CpMp gene, a protein, a primer pair, a recombinant expression vector and application, and belongs to the technical field of plant genetic engineering. The nucleotide sequence of the papaya CpMp gene is as shown in SEQ ID No. 1. The papaya CpMp gene has the effect of regulating and controlling the length of inflorescence stalks. According to the present invention, by using the difference of the CpMp gene on the Y chromosome and the Yh chromosome, i.e., the 4691bp transposon insertion exists on the CpMp promoter on the Yh chromosome, and the transposon insertion does not exist on the CpMp on the Y chromosome, the CpMp gene is adopted as the molecular marker to distinguish the male plant from the male-female plant, and the difference can be used in the early sex verification work of the papaya;

The device includes a guide tube, with a constant temperature tube sleeved outside the guide tube and fixedly connected to it. One end of the guide tube has a gas path switching component for switching gas flow direction. The gas path switching component includes a switching cavity fixedly connected to one end of the guide tube, with several air inlets on the sidewall of the switching cavity. The end of the switching cavity away from the guide tube is fixedly connected to the inner sidewall of the constant temperature tube, and the end of the constant temperature tube away from the switching cavity has several exhaust holes. A T-shaped slider is slidably fitted onto the inner sidewall of the switching cavity. This invention, through the gas path switching component and the telescopic guide hood assembly, solves the problems of poor pollen activity maintenance due to large temperature fluctuations before spraying and during transport in existing pear tree inflorescence pollination processes, as well as inaccurate pollination caused by external wind disturbances during pollination.

Application of PoPILS1a gene in regulation and control of plant seed development

The invention belongs to the technical field of plant genetic engineering, and particularly relates to application of a PoPILS1a gene in regulation and control of plant seed development. The coding sequence of the PoPILS1a gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. According to the invention, the specific expression of the peony PoPILS1a in seed tissues is found for the first time, the expression levels are greatly different in different development stages, and the PoPILS1a protein is positioned on a cell endoplasmic reticulum. In an arabidopsis thaliana positive strain with over-expression of PILS1a, the epiphytic point between pods is obviously shortened, the number of pods with limited inflorescence length distribution is larger, meanwhile, the lengths and the weights of the pods at the corresponding positions are obviously different compared with those of a contrast, and it is clear that PILS1a can promote development of fruits and has good practical application value.

Epimedium inflorescence tissue culture rapid propagation method

This invention relates to the field of plant tissue culture and the breeding of superior varieties of traditional Chinese medicinal materials. This invention discloses a method for rapid propagation of Epimedium inflorescences via tissue culture, comprising the following steps: S1, collecting newly sprouted flower inflorescences of Epimedium in early spring, disinfecting them, and setting them aside; S2, cutting the disinfected inflorescences into 1.1-1.2 cm segments, inoculating them into callus induction medium, and culturing them under conditions of 1200-1300 lux light intensity, 12 h / day photoperiod, and 24℃. This invention ensures uniform seedling quality and stable traits through targeted screening of effective components and monitoring of genetic stability. The optimized culture medium ratios at each stage result in a high proliferation coefficient, robust rooting, and a short propagation cycle, enabling efficient year-round propagation. Standardized seedling hardening and transplanting lead to a high survival rate. This method is technically stable and highly applicable, enabling the mass production of high-flavonoid glycoside, genetically stable, high-quality seedlings, fundamentally solving problems such as germplasm degradation, low propagation coefficient, and uneven quality, providing strong support for the breeding and industrialization of superior varieties of Epimedium.

A method for intelligent high-throughput measurement of rapeseed inflorescence density in the field and its application

This invention discloses an intelligent, high-throughput method for measuring rapeseed inflorescence density in field fields and its application. The method includes: using a drone paired with an RGB camera to collect rapeseed field images at intervals throughout the entire flowering period, creating a rapeseed inflorescence dataset; employing a flower cluster (inflorescence) detection and counting strategy, using the number of detection boxes for each rapeseed flower cluster as the flower cluster count output; designing a YOLOv5 network model detection method incorporating the CBAM attention mechanism, taking into account the small target characteristics of rapeseed flower clusters; and establishing a rapeseed inflorescence count calculation model using the field dataset, followed by model testing and optimization. This invention enables rapid, accurate, and high-throughput measurement of the total number of inflorescences per unit area during the entire flowering period of rapeseed in field fields. The acquired rapeseed inflorescence density data can be used to assess the growth vigor of rapeseed in field fields and estimate rapeseed yield levels, helping to understand the growth and development status of crops such as rapeseed, and providing an important new tool for their intelligent and efficient variety breeding.
