The invention also provides a standardized culture technique based on the biological characteristics of the asafetida mushroom, which applies liquid seed production to bacteria bag factory production. The technique comprises the steps as follows: bevelculture of mother seeds, seed bottle culture of raw seeds, fermenting tin culture of planting seeds, spawn running culture in mushroom producing bags, fruiting culture and processing after picking.
