Embodiment 1

[0027] 12 parts by weight of retting sawdust after 8 months of retting, 2 parts by weight of retting leaf humus after 28 days of retting, 6 parts by weight of sawdust after decomposing and fermenting, and 2 parts by weight of Northeast peat were added and mixed respectively. Stir in the machine to mix evenly to obtain a culture substrate. On February 20, Zhongshan fir seedlings were transplanted into a container with a culture medium, and 0.5% compound fertilizer water solution was applied every 12 days. On May 27, the survey was carried out, and 8 parts by weight of pastoral soil and 1.5 parts by weight of fire soil were mixed. The substrate was used as a control, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0031]12 parts by weight of retting sawdust after 10 months of retting, 0.8 parts by weight of retting leaf mulch after 32 days of retting, 3 parts by weight of sawdust after decomposing and fermenting, and 3 parts by weight of peat in Northeast China were added and mixed respectively. Stir in the machine to mix evenly to obtain a culture substrate. On February 23, Zhongshan fir seedlings were transplanted into containers equipped with culture medium, and 0.2% compound fertilizer water was applied every 6 days.

[0032] Liquid, surveyed on May 24, with 12 parts by weight of pastoral soil, 2 parts by weight of peat and 0.2 parts by weight of lime as controls, the test results are shown in Table 2.

Embodiment 3

[0036] With 10 parts by weight of stacked retting sawdust after 9 months of stacking retting, 0.6 weight part of stacking retting sawdust through 28 days of stacking retting, 2 parts by weight of sawdust after decomposing and fermenting, add 0.2% lime powder by its weight , 2 parts by weight of northeast peat and 3 parts by weight of inorganic matrix perlite are respectively added into a mixer and stirred and mixed evenly to obtain a culture substrate. On February 28, the Zhongshan fir seedlings were transplanted into the container with the prepared culture substrate, and 0.3% compound fertilizer water was applied every 12 days. On May 27, the survey was carried out with 16 parts by weight of pastoral soil and calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer. 0.5 parts by weight was used as a control, and the test results are shown in Table 3.

Abstract

The invention provides a culture medium of ascendens mucronatum container seedlings and a preparation method. The culture medium is characterized by components of 8-12 parts by weight of 30% water-containing composting sawdusts, 3-5 parts by weight of 15% water-containing composting leaf mold, 4-5 parts by weight of decomposed fermented sawdusts, and 2-4 parts of northeast peat or/and 2-4 parts of inorganic matrix. The artificial cultivation matrix is one of northeast peat, sawdusts, perlite, vermiculite, and composting leaf mold, or a mixture selected from the above. Through adding the composting sawdusts, the composting leaf mold, the decomposed fermented sawdusts, the northeast peat or the inorganic matrix into a mixing machine to stir or artificially mix uniformly, the culture medium is obtained. The culture medium makes full use of sawdusts and northeast peat resources, and the physical characteristics of the matrix is better. The culture medium is suitable for growth development of plant roots, and has effects of insect prevention and disease prevention. The weight of the matrix is just half of that of a whole-soil matrix, so transportation cost and forestation cost are reduced, and the culture medium has good market application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation substrate preparation, and in particular relates to a culture substrate of Zhongshan fir container seedlings and a preparation method. Background technique [0002] Zhongshan fir (Taxodium ‘Zhongshanshan’ cv.), also known as hybrid cypress, belongs to the deciduous or semi-evergreen tree of the genus Taxodium in the family Taxodium, and its parents are cypress, Mexican cypress, and pool fir. Zhongshan fir is an excellent interspecific hybrid of three tree species native to North American bald genus, cypress cypress, cypress cypress, and Mexican bald cypress. Currently popularized and applied mainly include 302, 301 (Cedar cypress*Cedar cypress), 118 (Cedar cypress Zhongshan 302*Cedar cypress Mexicana) and other clones. It has the characteristics of rapid growth, water and humidity resistance, salt and alkali resistance, strong wind resistance, wide adaptability, tall and straight trunk,...
